Tiger Claw 7.5 OZ Black Student Karate Uniform

Great product and quality for the price! I bought this for my 8 year old daughter. She is about 55 lbs and is about 4 feet tall. This comes with the vest, pants and additional white belt. The uniform is sewed very nicely. There are no missing stitches or uncut threads. The uniform felt a little stiff when it arrived but after the first wash it softened up. The sleeves are a bit long for her but we just roll them up so it isn't a big deal for us. The elastic around the waist is think so it doesn't fold over or get wonky after a couple washes. The vest has in inner and outer tie so my daughter stays nice and covered. The uniform is lightweight and doesn't bother my daughter to wear a tank top underneath. She wears her uniform twice a week and it still looks nice. I would recommend this to anyone that is purchasing their first gi or need an additional one to have as back up!

my son recently started karate and was in need of a karate uniform. My local sporting goods store had these for over 40 bucks so when searching for one on amazon i wanted something affordable. 22$ is pretty affordable and much less than the store. the karate outfit arrived pretty fast and was packaged in a professional manner.the uniform itself came as 3 pieces, a belt a top and some pants. its been awhile since ive sewn however i can tell the stitching is nice and tight and the fabric is fairly thick. if only they made jeans this thick. trying the uniform on him it fits correctly and doesn't seem to impede his movement. i have waited a week to see how this holds up and it is showing zero signs of material wear. this is amazing as my son could wear out the knees in steel pants and do it in half the time a grinder could. i would buy this again in a heartbeat.

This is the fourth uniform I've purchased from this seller and I could not be happier. The item is exactly as it is described. It's very easy to keep clean - a simple wash will do - and it looks great on my grandson. I first bought him a size 2, February of 2015, when he was eleven. He turned 12 in March and the size 3 fit perfect. He's tall for his age (about 5' 5") and solid, but not thick, with long arms. Hopefully, this will help when buying for your child or smaller adult.The material is lightweight, but does not look cheap. The garment is well made, the seams fall exactly where they should and it's easy to move in while wearing.The cost of uniforms from the martial arts instructor can cost from $35 for children and $40 for adults to much higher prices. At just around $20, I was more than pleased. Respectfully, some uniforms run more because they come with logos embroidered on. That's understandable, but isn't always the case.I'd strongly recommend this product and hope my reviews help my fellow Amazon.com shoppers.

It arrived on time. good quality , size runs too big. Works for me as I needed replacement only for pants, The top would take years to fit my son who is on the thinner side.

Purchased size 3 for 11 y.o. grandson, 5'3" tall, 121 lbs. Top fit perfectly with room to grow. Pants length OK - rolled cuff one turn. Waist just fit. No room for growth. I would recommend to the manufacturer to increase waist size-- it is stretchy so would still fit slimmer kids. If I went up to a size 4, I think it would be too big all over. I like the fabric. Not see-through, but not too heavy. Washes well. I dry it to barely damp and then hang up and hand smoothe. Dries with few/no wrinkles. After first washing I attached his stripes using Patch Attach. Found best price at local fabric store.

This uniform arrived in short time and I was impressed with the quick shipment! It included the uniform shirt, pants, and white belt. The belt size was proportional to the uniform size, so it fit much better than the belt that was given to him at his TKD school.The material was much thicker than I expected. It definitely needed to be washed before wearing as the fold marks could not be shaken out! I am positive that this uniform will last until he grows out of it.Previous reviewers included the size chart; I referenced this when I ordered the uniform. I ordered size 0 for my child who wears size 8 normally. The pants were exactly long enough to touch the tops of his feet.When he grows out of this uniform, I will order another from the same company!

First, I would like to say that this Gi is high quality even if the price isn't all that high. I used the size chart provided by the company and got a perfect size. We have four of this brand in our house and they have all held up well and fit great. We ordered one a while back that was a cheaper one and it feels and fits "cheaper". The material on these from Tiger Claw is heavyweight and stiff but not uncomfortable. I am happy that I will be able to pass these down from one child to another because they are holding up so well. I would highly recommend these if your child is taking Karate or a similar martial arts. Just use the size chart from the company to figure out size.
