Can’t live without it! Heat able in microwave or cold in freezer

This is soooo much better than my frozen corn I was using on my knees, the strap allows me to walk around while icing my knees.

Great way to apply hot or cold compress to my neck. The Velcro closure allows me to apply heat or cold while moving around.

I bought this gel pack and it sprung a leak today after a few weeks of normal use.Until it leaked it worked great.I called FLA orthopedics and they said there is no warranty so I am out of luck.I do not recommend that anyone get this product because it will not last and when it fails you are stuck.I was astounded that FLA orthopedics will not let me return a defective product.

A nice compress, but, the price is dumbfounding.

I would love this product but I feel that the pocket that holds the bag needs to have a velcro strip to keep it in. Or, the strap needs to be attached to the other side. In order to put it on my shoulder, you need to reach uncomfortably around the back while trying to stick the velcro on the bottom of the compress. It is MUCH easier to attach if it was the other way around, bringing the strap up front. Another idea would be just to leave the strap unattached. I called customer service to explain the issue and they just told me to take it back if I didn't like it.. I can't believe a quality control team would not have tried the product out for the best fit before ordering from Mexico
