Mostly great
Picked these up to do some trout fishing. Fit is accurate to chart. No leaks or issues to report after 6 hours of use.The only thing I’m not thrilled about is the Velcro pocket. There’s little room for the pocket to expand. Therefore, putting the smallest items can still cause the Velcro to pop open very easily.

Not the greatest fit
After doing a bit of research, I bought these for salmon fishing in a river in Michigan this coming late October. I am 5'8", 175#, 30" inseam, and wear a size 8 shoe, so according to the size chart I went with a Medium. Overall I think it fits OK and as expected... except for the chest. Given that Medium has a 32" inseam the legs are quite baggy above the knees. The shoulder straps I adjusted as tight as they can go and it pulls the crotch up to a comfortable position, so the bagginess in the legs isn't due to them not being cinched up enough, so it may be annoying but is definitely workable. The socks are quite roomy but fine with thick socks underneath (and fit well in my boots - not to scrunched up or anything), and it fits great in the hips. The chest is where I really have a concern. I'm not quite fit, but definitely not fat - my belly and chest are average - I think I wear a 40 or 42 chest. The top of the wader has a draw string in it, but even with that completely loosened the waders BARELY fit around my chest, and that was with a t-shirt. Not quite sure how this will work with thermal undershirt, regular shirt and/or a sweatshirt (it can get cold in Michigan in October), and for that reason I am really considering returning these. Seems like these were made for someone 5'10" with small(ish) feet and a chest the size of a skinny teenage boy. I guess it's kind of irksome that they provide a drawstring to cinch it tighter, but not any extra material to where you'd need to cinch it tighter.Haven't taken these in the water yet (and obviously won't if I decide to return them), but if I do I'll update my post with how they held up to a couple days standing in the river. They seem pretty well built, but the proof is in the putting.Oh - and one last thing - the pictures show this having a belt... the waders I received had a couple of belt loops, but an actual belt was NOT included, so that's a bit misleading.Update: after a lot of consideration and angst about being able to layer up with warm clothes (specifically shirts) I decided to return the item. From what I could tell this is good quality, just not the right fit for me if I'm gonna be standing chest deep in a river in Michigan in late October. I ended up going with the Caddis stockingfoot waders cuz they had a medium short stout - never considered myself a "stout", but it gives the room I'm looking for in the chest while maintaining leg length and shoe size.

Highly recommended from an active small framed /average height woman - Size S
I'll start with this is the first time I felt a strong urge to review any product. I conduct wildlife surveys which require me to walk against a current in North Eastern US streams in spring and fall.... this isn't always an easy feat even when we wear good quality gear, a ton of reading reviews went into me choosing this product and I do not regret it. I have now been out in streams almost a dozen times over the past 2 months. That being said, pros and cons:- Fit is comfortable especially with the sock that fits well with my mens 8 (7.5 womens typically) boot made by the same company. The only downside for me has been that my legs are slightly longer when I bend my knees (but I could adjust the shoulder straps and wear the crotch baggier technically), but the clip that attaches to the boot works its way loose maybe 2x per trip, slightly annoying but does not hinder me.- Durable, as I haven't gotten a hole yet and I'm occasionally climbing downed logs with sharp sticks and snagging through briars.-I like the color and they look good on (actually better than teal like some expensive women's waders).-I love the belt, very comfortable feature.-Inside front pocket would be ok to use and is a nice feature but its not waterproof (would only matter if water tops over into the waders), it does fit my phone but I still choose to carry my phone in a separate dry bag anyways. I would not trust the 2 outer pockets with anything that you do not want to get wet, I've tested these with things that could get wet.I'll just reiterate, they aren't perfect but very functional and comfortable to do the job and withstand lots of activity at a reasonable price!!

Large (see photos) 5'11" with 10.5 shoe
I attached 3 photos for others to use. I am 5'11" and I weigh approximately 170 pounds, with a size 10.5 shoe (U.S.). I ordered the large. As you can see from the photos, the large is almost too big although I perhaps would be afraid to try the medium. The legs are pretty bulky. They seem comfortable. The stockingfeet are somewhat loose. Not sure how they are supposed to fit, but someone else may benefit from my photos and this information. I will modify my review once I have used these in mountain lakes, etc.

Great value, works great
I used these for a week of NC mountain stream fishing with no issues whatsoever. At the $90 price, if I get one good season out of them, they'll have been more than worth it. A bit lighter in weight than my older neoprene waders.

Finally found a great fit!
Although I haven't had a chance to float tube with these yet, all indications are they're going to work great. I'm 6 feet tall, 230 lbs, 31" inseam, size 10 shoe. Going by the size chart I ordered Large and they fit better than any other waders I've tried. The stocking foot is almost snug, but not tight... inseam leaves a bit of room for freedom of movement, same with the waist and chest. We're required to wear waders in our local lakes (San Diego) and these seem light enough to stay comfortable in the summer... when the weather turns cooler I'd probably be fine wearing socks and full length pants underneath. Can't speak to durability yet but it looks like they're well made. Time will tell!

Great for the price!
Excellent waders. Wore them for over 2 years of rugged fieldwork in rivers before getting my first rip.

I’m 5’9 170 and I chanced the “small” size
Best way I can say it is the small fit perfect when you adjust the shoulder straps to as big as they go, rather than a medium with the straps as small as they can go.They fit like casual pants, with 3 layers of hoodie/ thermal gear easily, and I wore long John’s and sweatpants comfortably. I was in the water multiple times they’re basically as warm as neoprene, I’ve bush whacked in them multiple times now, and they seem like a great pair of waders, I have zero regrets. They are comfortable and completely waterproof. The only reason I give them a star off, is because the elastic in the gravel guard part loses its memory.. but they still hook to your laces and do the job of keeping muck out of my boots. Over all extremely happy with the purchase. I feel a lot more mobile fishing compared to booted clunky waders

Great initial quality, fit, and performance.
Tried them the first time today, and I'm really happy. Quality with seams, stitching, zippers, buckles, all look and work great. For the record, I'm 5'9" 30in inseam, 180, fit build and choose med. The size is almost perfect. I say almost as I used them in a peddle drive kayak and could use a tad more inseam room for peddling, but not bad at all. Walking, bending over, setting up the gear in the kayak and no tightness. My shoe size is about 8-8.5 so you'll need to go up a couple sizes for footwear. I wore dollar store fake crocks.Kept me warm with a thermal layer underneath, water and fish slime, run right off. I also went up waist height in water and fished a little, again they felt great. Obviously no leaks.Should get good use of these over the coming months to see how the quality holds up.One thing.. I didn't get a patch kit in my order. Hope I don't need it, but because I'm landing fish around my legs, a hook puncture may happen. So for the seller if you're reading this, I'd appreciate the patch kit. Also for the seller. Should I be doing anything to help the longevity of them such as seam sealing or other type water proof maintenance?Update after dozens of uses. Holding up great. And many days walking along bogs and in weeds along shorelines. These things are fantastic. I have their boots too.

Customer service
I purchased these hip waders last March and unfortunately they started to leak on the left leg. I had contacted customer service and they responded back immediately. I explained my issue and took a few pictures to show where it's leaking and without hesitation they are sending me a new pair. This is what I call excellent service. The back their 1 year warranty. Overall really like these hip waders for the comfort and price and hopefully the new pair will be durable.

Good value for money
Product has proved to stand the test of time, some slight leaks but these were easily repaired, and resolved. Sizing was as stated on the chart. Would definitely recommend.
