I love ❤️ it the fragrance/it comes out so nice. If you have it on a flat surface there shouldn’t be a problem and it catches the ashes like it should. I love the height for my extra long incense and yes the holes are not what it should be, however how much effort does it take to take a small nail and lightly tap a hole in the wood. Come on folks stop being petty

This is way cute but is not exactly functional. Sometimes it puts out our incense because there is not enough airflow. When the top is on it does catch all the mess but as soon as u take the top off the ashes spill everywhere. Look for a better option

Not bad for the price & it contains the ashes & provides a bit of shelter from a small breeze. I wanted a tower type of holder to fit it in a corner as opposed to the coffin or open air type ones, which takes up a bit more shelf space. I'm not sure if it's how I placed the sticks in the holder or if it's the incense itself. When I placed all 4 in there, only 2 burned all the way down. I had to relight the incense for the other 2 & this incense rarely needs relighting. Still satisfied overall.

This seems like a nice quality and is very nice looking but the walls of the cylinder are so thick that my incense kept going out! I am returning it because it is not useful.

I needed to drill out the holes for holding the incense to accommodate Japanese incense that lacks a bamboo core. Poor quality incense may go out in the tower due to the lighter airflow.

looks good but is not sturdy. seems that lower base should be a little taller to make product stand still. Had thought of ordering several if I liked this one but will look elsewhere

Works great and looks great
