Great bit if kit. Have an Audi A6 and not many places to place a phone, but this is small and fits nicely.Suction on dash is great and sticks to phone case great. You have to stick and press down and then leave both case and dash thing alone for 24 hours so the sticky bonds properly.Holds great and looks good too.Defo recommend 👌

This magnetic mount was purchased as it is more convenient to just attach the phone quickly instead of having to fiddle around with a gripping mount.The strength of the magnets is pretty good but it is recommended to have a thin case on as a thicker case will cause a bit of a problem.There are two magnets supplied that can be stuck to the back of the phone - I added both on for added peace of mind to ensure the phone would not fall when driving.The mount itself is quite small and light but the suction was decent. It is advisable to find an area in the car where there are no bumps - a smooth, flat location will create a better surface for placing this mount on.The adhesive is pretty strong but as others have already said, it is better to leave it stuck for a decent period of time before the first use to make sure the mount stays secure.Although a clamp mount is much more secure, I don't like having to keep adjusting the clamp to open and close to fit around the phone. The one I had previously somehow managed to create a crack in my screen protector which is why I opted for a magnetic mount instead which is so far so good.Overall, it's a nice little magnetic mount that has made holding the phone more easier. Wouldn't adhere to my car dash and so it's being used but with the added addition of a lot of white tac. Magnets are great but it struggles to hold a phone of any weight so could be annoying.

A small but well designed product that is easy to install and setup and comes with spare pads etc.

Product didn't come with no instructions as it was confusing with all the little sticker pieces. The 360 rotation ball is quite tough to move around and the suction wasn't that great either.

Magnets are great but the adhesive won't stick and I used both adhesive materials to try twice but still didn't work. Now I just have a magent that can stick to my metal disc stuck to my phone

I initially gave this a really bad review saying the sticky pad wasn’t strong enough. I later got to grips with it by searching out some instructions online for a similar holder. I found that if I heated the sticky pad with a hair dryer for a few seconds then held it firmly in place on the dashboard for a minute or two, then didn’t try to attach my phone to it for 24 hours and instead left it time to stick properly, it worked like a dream! So the drawback is this item comes with rubbish/ non existent instructions. However, now that I’ve got it to work I like it. It’s not big and ugly like some of the other holders so when it’s not in use it’s not an eyesore and actually looks quite good. I originally had an iPhone SE which it worked with then changed to an iPhone XR which is much bigger. It still works. I stuck the magnet to the phone underneath it’s transparent plastic cover and it does connect, but I think on reflection I should have put it outside the cover for a stronger magnetic connection. Having said that, it hasn’t fallen off yet! I have a Mini Countryman which has a dashboard with few flat surfaces. I’ve managed to get it to stick on the edge of a curvy bit and it works great. I’ve used it on a four hour journey with a sat nav app and it was really effective. Would recommend as long as you follow what I’ve said above to make it stick!
