I started taking this a few days after my last period. I started my cycle for this month a few days ago out of the blue. It felt weird because normally I suffer from heavy PMS irritability and mood swings. I didn't experience anything this time and was a few days early. The main benefit for me being peri-menopausal was how much lighter my cycle was and how my cramping was almost non-existent. I am super excited about this supplement. I have a 2 month old son that I am exclusively breastfeeding. This specific shatavari has been amazing for my hormones . Other brands you take 4 a day ,this one only 2! And it delivers same results . The only thing I don’t like is that near that time of the month my breasts get super tender; which I get since shatavari also helps with milk production for moms. That’s small compared to how much it’s improved my skin and mood swings ! Will be repurchasing again and again .

I got these for my girlfriend to help with PMS cramps. It took about 4 days for them to show effectiveness.
