el adaptador de 12 vol es auto voltaje, es decir funciona a 110 y 220 volt como fuente de alimentacion

Este adaptador de corriente admite voltaje automático CA 100V-240V.

Can you connect this to my mixer and use the outs on the splitter to connect speakers using 1/4"

Your mixer should already have an OUT for you speakers, plus possible and AUX out for headphones or additional speakers, but YES, you can connect the mixer OUT to the Splitter input and then drive additional speakers.

If I plug my electric guitar (w/ cord no amp) into the input and headphones in the output, would I be able to hear myself play?

Yes. It should work for guitar monitoring. Just a reminder, there is no input level adjustment. And this is a headphone amp with one input and four outputs. And we have another similar model, the N5 line mixer, which is four inputs and one output. Please don't purchase the wrong item for your application.
