I have ordered it thrice.11Apr 202219 Mar 202406 Oct 2024The product of 2024 is pathetic.1) It is tearing into 2 pieces just in few days ( some times in a week, some times in a month)2) Colour is immediately getting faded, probably the indication of quality.2022 product is still working superb. It's still soft , and unchanged in colour.Model number of 2022 is PS-SS-A9Model of 2024 is PS-rb-A9.Both are of size 3.But there is lot of difference in sizes of both of them.I have written to them 2 months ago with all the information on the contact number mentioned on it, but no action has been taken.If you have PS-SS-A9, please confirm and send me one pack of 5.I will stay with you for future orders.Else I will shift to another brand permanently.The attached image shows The damaged one is 2024.The other one is 2022. Though I am using since 2 years, 2022 is still very very good. You can see it in photo.
