I LOVE THIS!!!!!!!! I love the body and bounce it gives my hair. My only suggestion would be two fold: could you make one a little small for shorter hair? and maybe, make the handle a little smaller? please?

Update
**Update: The seller responded quickly to my post and sent a refund for this defective unit. I also should say that the same brush I purchased previously from this same seller for myself works great, no problems.** Original post: I gave this as a gift to my mother. She sent it back to me because it was defective. I plugged it in and it immediately started smoking and smells like burning plastic. Amazon shows "window for return now closed." Please advise how I can get a refund for this defective item. Thank you.

Excellent hair brush, only complain is the handle is to big for my hans, and the heat makes me so sweating when i brushing my hair,but it's working excellent live my hair nice and straight.
