Red's Red's All Natural Chicken and Cheese Burrito, , 5 Ounce (Pack of 12)

Thirty months ago I was saying "OMG! This burrito is A M A Z I N G! I LOVE this product!!! What a great deal" Apparently sometime in the last 30 months, Red's All Natural LLC, said "OMG! People LOVE our product! Now we can make a lot more money by packaging more (stupid) tortilla and a lot less tasty filling for the same amount of weight!".News flash Red's ... I can buy or make a lot better for a lot less money.It takes more than being "All Natural" to make up for just a crappy tortilla shell (which all are natural BTW) flavored with "birds never confined to a cage". Better off consuming 300 calories with a Coke and bag of french fries at McDonalds.

Should be called a "breadito." The ratio of wrap to filling is about 20 to 1. And the bread is so thick and pasty your stomach would have to be squirting battery acid to digest this horrid excuse for a Mexican burrito. After spitting out the bread I unwrapped the concoction and scraped out a meager spoonful of filling. And that was so tough and stringy I spit it out also. I bought two on a BOGO. I suppose I could give the other to the neighbor's dog, but that would be cruelty to animals. Blech!! Just awful!!

I go to work so early that cooking breakfast is out of the question. I've tried prepreparing my own breakfast wraps/burritos, but by the 3rd day in the fridge they are not fit to eat. I came across Red's Chicken Burrito at Costco and decided to give it a try. It has a very good flavor, but the overall texture is sub par. However, I ADD 2 strips of Wright Bacon on top to give it a real breakfast punch. I'm 8 weeks into this and I'm still OK with the quality of the product. Unfortunately, COSTCO has suddenly quit selling it so I'm on Amazon to see what they can offer me.

What you are getting here is basically all tortilla except for a little filling in the very center. So from the whole thing there is one bite that has chicken and cheese, the rest is wrap. I don't know how anyone considers this to be a good meal.

This definitely is not the right choice to satisfy one's hunger. Red's (all flavors) are THE SKIMPIEST wimps audacious enough to call its product a burrito. Starts frozen out at 4.5" x 1.5" burrito. Cooks DOWN to about 4"x1' -1.25", but wait open it up and you'll find NOTHING (in my opinion) more than a thin veneer of some ambiguous flavor spread. Definitely should be considered a Mexican Style Eggroll, NOT A BURRITO!

I just bought the Red’s Organic Cheese Enchilada...omg it is one of the best frozen cheese enchiladas I’ve ever had!!! (And I’ve tried a lot of them) Lots of cheese, great sauce...simply delicious!

Let's start with the fact that this is a FROZEN burrito. My rating is based on comparisons to other frozen burritos and not the one made fresh for you by your mama. While I lament that Red's discontinued the wonderful 11 OZ version of this product, the smaller version is still one of the best available for the price. The ingredients taste like they were fresh when frozen, which is what gives these burritos flavor. I purchase these to keep in my freezer for those moments when preparing a meal from scratch is not in the cards. Recommended.
