I want to disclose the fact this is my first ever Amazon review. The outstanding customer service I received warranted such a review. After much research of several similar products on Amazon I ordered this mouse for use at work to aid my carpal tunnel. The mouse works great and has a good ergonomic design. I like the optional feature that it comes with to turn on and off the blue illumination. I did feel as if the material on the bottom of the mouse caused the pointer to drag a little on screen, however, I adjusted the double-click speed in the mouse properties and it was remedied and works perfectly. For some reason two weeks after I started using the mouse it stopped working and I was unable to turn it back on. Having just started a new job, life got busy and the 30th day exchange/return date passed. On the 31st day, technically having missed the return window, I messaged the seller and asked if I could still exchange the mouse for same replacement. The seller responded promptly, and thankfully, sent me a replacement the following day! So, even though the initial mouse was defective, I give this product 5 stars on account of the excellent customer service and replacement mouse which is working out great.

I purchased this because my wrist and hand was hurting from using a mouse all day. At first, it was a little difficult to get use to, but now it's so easy and really did help with the pain I was having. The scrolling speed, and buttons are on point like any other mouse. The battery life last for days if not a week or more depending on how much you use it. You are able to charge it and use it at the same time!

I was having some issues with my wrist, so I wanted to get an ergonomic mouse. I purchased the TRELC and although I liked how it felt on my wrist, I was disappointed because it didn't hold the charge (it has a rechargeable battery). However once I notified the seller, they contacted me immediately and sent a replacement mouse to arrive "next day". The new mouse works perfectly, I love that you can turn the "blue color" on or off without affecting how the mouse works. I especially love that my wrist has not been hurting anymore, which was my reason for purchasing this mouse. Combined with the great service, this was a win for me!

I brought it just to try, and yes vertical mouse is nice to hold. But when it's time to move it, my wrist tires quickly. I found out that this mouse has a lot of friction. Far more than the regular mouse I intended to replace with.So, it's good for office work, not good for gaming.

Nice mouse good battery life and not too loud clicking.

I bought this mouse for ergonomic purposes. I have much less strain in my wrist after using my mouse all day. It is very reactive, and I love how ling it lasts in a charge. I can use it for a whole week (even leaving it on) and just charge it over the weekend. If I forget, I just plug it in when I get to work and can use it while it charges.

I could not recommend this mouse enough! I just recently learned of this style of mouse and am glad I bought this one. Works great, is super comfortable, and is easy to connect. If you are looking for a mouse, buy this one now!!!!!!!

I like the mouse, generally. It works fairly well, though the high sensitivity mode drains the battery very quickly. Otherwise it goes a long way on a charge, but stops without warning. The forward and back buttons are not in the greatest place. Takes a while to get used to if you're not accustomed to an ergonomic mouse.Unfortunately, the scroll wheel spontaneously stopped working today, a couple months less than a year in use--it sort of tried to continue operating for maybe 5 minutes, but ultimately just plain quit. Tried every troubleshooting/fixit method for such an issue, and nothing resolved it. It will still click to lock in scroll and then move the page by moving the mouse, but this is entirely not convenient and the mouse is severely impaired without the scroll ability.Things really aren't built to last anymore.
