This is a great product. Much better than I expected. Just a shame the cat is terrified of it and won't come near it.It arrived very promptly and the picture instructions were very easy to follow to assemble, in fact, instructions weren't really necessary as it was very easy to do. It comes with a USB end which can plug into any USB plug socket. It also comes with a silicone mat to contain any spills. The motor is quiet and the water is pumped up through what looks like a flower and back down into the main compartment again. The stream of water isn't pumped very high into the air but this is OK. Everything works well and would be far more practical than having to turn on the tap every two minutes because the cat won't drink out of his bowl

I bought this drinking fountain 3 years ago and still working but unfortunately amazon now do not sell the replacement filters, can't seem to buy them anywhere, looks like having to buy a new drinking fountain

My cat could not get use to this at all so gave it to a friend.It was very easy to put together, instructions were very clear. It wasn't noisy just heard a little flow of water. Very easy to clean. Made of plastic but felt of good quality and sturdy.i was really happy with it but the cat didn't 🙈

Great product for your pet unfortunately my 2 cats ddnt take to it so wasted money for me...Down side is the length of the lead it's way to short

sadly it came a day after my cat was euthanised due to finding an aggressive cancer mass in her stomach after a check up at the vets. I couldn’t bring myself to even open it but I gave it to my neighbours today and they said it works wonderful.

/very difficult to assemble, relatively easy to clean - totally ignored by both cats and therefore useless

The media could not be loaded.  My cat didn't seem to like this at first, she went a good 24 hours without using it (unless she had some while I was asleep).. Eventually I sat with her and held my finger under the water while she sniffed it, then she started using it a few minutes later and we've had no issues since! You can hear a slight hum from the pump and the running water, nothing too irritating. The instructions were slightly confusing, and I wasn't too sure when and where to pour the water in, but I figured it out.

Very easy to assemble. Comes with power cord which attaches to any USB plug which isn't included. Cats were a little hesitant at first as it does make a slight buzzing noise when switched on, but they use it no problem now. Just make sure to rinse the charcoal filter before use as the water can taste a little funny ( I admit, had to taste it as my cats would sniff the water but wouldn't drink it ) but it works a treat.

Très bon produit. Facile à monter. Mon.chat avait un peu peur au début. Et apres il a adoré ça. Je recommande vraiement
