I use this as an after cooler for my single stage air compressor. It has been working very well. The fan moves quite a bit of air. Air reaches 220 degrees or so on the input and is room temperature on the output. Very happy.

I use this for my 06 duramax diesel. I custom mounted it where the factory cooler was located and it works flawlessly keeping transmission temps under control. I only use the fan when I'm driving 5-10mph at low speeds after making a pass at the track and will cool to transmission back down pretty quick when on. I wouldn't recommend running the fan at high speeds though because it will ruin your fan. I purchased through star performance and they did a good job with taking care of some small warranty issues. I does take some fabrication work compared to other stock replacement units but for what I use my truck for(street and racing) it performs amazing!

We have a 32' diesel pusher motorhome with an allison automatic transmission. No worries until we started towing a vehicle. Our A/T warning light would alarm while climbing hills in 95 F ambient temperatures and above. We remote mounted this unit and have never had another overheat issue. We used the Derale 35022 10 AN fan controller as well.
