Taste and consistency
My elderly mother was able to drink water without choking/coughing. The consistency wasn't too thick and she was able to drink it if it was regular water (tastes like water). She didn't notice the difference of the taste.

My husband has to have this.......
My husband has to have this because he is having trouble swallowing. I did not think he would like it but he really likes it. After he drinks some he does not cough any more. Thank you so much for having this because I cannot find it any place within 40 miles of us. When I am down to 2 large bottles of it I place another order. He has Alzheimer's and Parkinson's and may have to have the thick water the rest of his life. I also buy the thick and easy power packets to put in all of his other drinks and it mixes very well. Thanks.
