A few things you should know before buying. I've owned one for a little over a year. I used gorilla clear tape, to tape all of the joints after I put the screws in. This kept the hoop from coming apart during use. Also when the pool noodle stuff started to fall apart I replaced with a new dollar store pool noodle and covered the pieces with clear Gorilla tape, This has worked great. At 14 months the net has started to fall apart, so I will be buying a whole new set. Again I will be using the clear Gorilla tape. The set is sturdy and will last about a year sitting in the sun and with regular use.

I was hesitant about this but so glad that I purchased it. The kids love it and it is very sturdy. Water is used to stabilize this and it is very to assemble. Of course the net breaks but I expected that because my kids are rough. We purchased a few more basketballs since we were fighting over the ball. The quality is good and if you are thinking about an addition to your pool, then this is worth getting because it'll keep everyone entertained. It can be easily moved. The plastic seems to be pretty thick to be able to last through the hot sun. Compared to other, the price for this is very reasonable

This item was delivered in the original box, which was flimsy. It was crushed, ripped, and a hole was taped up with packing tape. The product was very difficult to assemble. Holes were not pre-drilled. The pieces are poor quality and fell apart as we assembled it. We had to reinforce the piping with electrical tape. It probably will fall apart the first time we use it.

Bought this after seeing one in a relatives pool and was eager to get some hoops on while wading around the pool. The unit was rather overly labor intesive to build since you had to weave the net through the upper ring while puting the PVC pieces together and then each piece has a small screw that you had to install as well. Other manufacurers of the same thing use a push together mechanism and that makes for a much easier assembly and also breakdown when storing. The net is also a weak point on this item. It only lasted 1 week and ripped when a long shot was made. It's just a poor quality net. The ball is great and has a good feel and good size and has not warped from sitting in the sun like other do. The kit did not come with a needle to inflate or a pump so you are on your own in that department. Overall I would purchase again if needed but might look at other similar items noting how they are assembled and maybe reading reviews about quality. For now I will try to source a new net since that is all mine needs.
