There is a reason for the name:Diamond!
I bought this from Chrissy Teigen's recommendation from her cookbook "Cravings". If you are a foodie, love to cook-this is a nice light alternative to the pink Himalayan sea salt or coarse salt that is often recommended by the best chefs. You always salt from a height when cooking, dropping it in a sprinkle from above, You don't need as much with this diamond crystal. Very nice.

Dissatisfied.
The salt I received is not at all like the salt I used for many years. This salt is more like a powdery substance instead of the fine grain salt I was accustomed to using.

Diamond Crystal - Best Salt
Has the best consistency for cooking and for table salt. It's so fine, it allows me to control amounts. When I need coarser salt I use Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt.
