Can you wear in the rain?

The shell material is durable water resistant , will be OK in light rain but will soak through If exposed to prolonged rain.

What is the sleeve lengths for a medium?

Sleeve length was perfect - 5'11, 260lbs, 27.5" sleeve length (top of shoulder to wristbone). I ordered men's size 2xl.

It is made in Vietnam. It is a nice coat.
