I don't like to harm any creature but I refuse to share my house with spiders etc. So this is the perfect solution. I've had one for years but it finally broke I half. I was devastated so I had to replace it immediately. It really works and does not harm any creature. I allways keep it handy just incase I get invaded. Great invention.

This thing was great in the summer autumn seasons, we had four wasp nests. The only thing I would ask is for more suction power. It is adequate and 100x easier than trying to catch wasps and spiders with a glass. But bigger spiders have been stronger than the suction and wasps can slowly fly against the air flow. The only real import is that you have to be quick with the cap once you've caught your subject. To put it in context, next spring I'll be getting another one so they are handy on both floors.

These Spider-Catchers are quite marvellous. I have them in the house all the time. I get enormous pleasure seeing Spiders run free on release. They're not nearly so alarming when you are in control!

Perfect for catching but not damaging spiders. Spiders not a fan though - they keep ending up in the shed.

This does work, except with large spiders because the sucking power is not strong enough to capture them. For small or average size spiders, it is very good. Wouldn’t be without mine.

I bought this to catch insects flying in to our extension while the doors are open. It works really well although large flies are trick! We have skylights and it would be great if it was a foot longer but otherwise really great.

Only one dislike which is, a cap is given to place on the end of the pipe to stop the creature you have caught escaping until you can release it without harm, but you need to strip part of the pipework down to put the cap in position, it should be a smaller cap which fits on the end of the suction tube.our grandchildren will not strip down the tube for fear of the creature escaping while carrying out this procedure? Otherwise the product is good as it doesn't harm the creatures

I’ve bought this many times, for family, friends as I think the product is excellent. Having given mine away to a friend, I bought another in Aug 23 but it’s stopped working already. Bought for 12.99 but gone up to 17.98!!! That’s far too much of an increase!!!
