I purchased NEW item, but I received opened box item with look used box outside. What happened?

Awesome, tricky, kinda fragile.
This puzzle is amazing - just the sheer magnitude of it is awesome. The 8 bags of 4,000+ pieces makes the task a little less daunting. Each bag contains pieces from within the same section, which is helpful. I'm almost done with 1 section and by now I only have 2 complaints. One is that there are a LOT of pieces that are so similar, you think you've found its match and realize later there's a different piece with the same exact shape and size. The other complaint is that the pieces are loose (for lack of a better word). When you lift up a group that's put together, it comes apart easily, so it makes transporting it more time consuming than I'd like. Other than that, Ravensburger is still my favorite brand of puzzles and I cannot wait to get to the finish line with this beast!

I recommend it, as an architecture lover
I really don't understand why "Double Perspective" is more popular, when this another one has much more technical merit. Its pieces have a lot of graphical detail, with the well-known Ravensburger quality in materials and final product outcome.

All I Do Are Large Puzzles, this puzzle is big like doing the life puzzle I would have given it 5 stars but it has problems first shortly after opening the first bag I had a piece destroy I contacted the company they acted like I was the first person to have ever needed a replace piece. it been a month and still no piece. Second problem the puzzle picture is not crisp but has a blur to it. Third problem the poster is way to small to be much help.But if you love puzzles like I Do you can live with these little issues.

I am still putting my puzzle together and enjoying every minute of it. I have a lot of people interested in seeing how it looks when it’s done and how long it takes. I didn’t get the cart with it that was afvertised, but it is still a nice challenge!
