Worth every penny
Best bibs so far.I'm a first time mom so have tried all kinds of bibs. My lessons learned:1. Velcro sucks no matter how cute the bib and how well the bib matches the outfit. They attach themselves to everything in the wash when you don't want them to attach and come apart when you want them to attach and stay around your baby's neck.2. Snaps rule especially if there are multiple snaps to adjust to your baby's growing neck width.3. Popover (a la Dreamboy) bibs are nice and big and cover a lot but soak through and not really made for newborns. Might work better with toddlers though.4. Waterproof layer is a must for newborns - probably for older too but not there yet.5. Not all waterproof bibs are alike:* Some are stiff and non-absorbant material and moisture rolls off them ensuring anything leaving the baby's mouth ends up on the baby, you or anything else in the vicinity.* Some are less stiff and have an absorbant material but some aggressive spit-ups will still land on the baby, you or anything else in the vicinity.* These have the softness of a regular bib but have that waterproof layer to protect the baby, you and anything else in the vicinity.I agree with the other reviewers re: expensive box: get rid of it and lower the price. I've washed these a few times and air dried them and so far so good.

Warning: Grows mold if not cleaned immediately after wearing.
Review update: After reaching out to New8Store, I received a quick reply on getting a set of replacement bibs. It seems it is best to tumble dry these, despite the laundry instructions saying both options. I am hoping the new set of bibs will stay mold free following these instructions. While I'm disappointed in the original bibs, I appreciate the prompt customer services from New8Store.So disappointed in these bibs. I purchased them less than 2 months ago for my very drooly baby and initially thought they were fantastic. But I am now disappointed to find them all growing mold less than two months later. All of them seemed to have black spots pop up at the same time. We clean these exactly as instructed and there was no warning to watch for this (although I did find it buried in the product questions when trying to figure out what these black spots were on the bibs). The product should indicate that they must be soaked in water or cleaned immediately after wearing, and that they can't wait until your next load of laundry. We weren't having them sit long between cleanings so I'm surprised to have them all show mold. We had line dried them each time, as listed on the tags. Had I known from the get go about needing to soak as soon as they came home from daycare, I would have cleaned them differently to prevent this.

require too much special care. No dryer safe!
They look pretty nice when new, however It would have been great to have washing instructions in the packaging or even better on the amazon post. I received them yesterday and washed them as I do with all the baby clothes , in my case machine wash with hot water and dryer in hot. Too disappointing to take them out and find out they got all damaged! The inner layer shrank! I could flatten them to get them back to a normal "ish" shape by tearing outwards from the edges but they don't look as good as new. how can you have bibs that doesn't tolerate heat when you need to kill all bacteria from your baby's spitting up and saliba! Cold wash and line dry doesn't work for me, and had I known this in advance I would've never purchased these!Update: I have already washed them several times and they are still in good shape. Having 3 kids in a small apartment it is no way possible for me to follow the recommendations from the manufacturer, I need them dry out of the dryer machine. Each time I wash them they would shrink but the I can flatten them back to normal and they do its job properly.

Keeps clothes dry but you'll need to stock up!
These bibs work well so far! I put one of these on my 8 month old before giving him his sippy cup of water and even though more water was on the bib than in his mouth, his clothes were dry! I washed these on cold with like colors like I was directed and had no trouble with bleeding. The only negative part is that it is suggested that you line dry the bibs because of the plastic between the cloth - this isn't really the best solution when you have a baby going through 4 to 5 bibs a day! If your child only uses 1 or 2 bibs a day these would be great...but if you go thru bibs as often as I do you may want to look for ones that can be thrown in the dryer.

These are great
These are great! Though I initially wished there were other color options/designs, turns out these bold colors are easy to find and pull out in a rush among the million other tiny clothes and bibs or in a diaper bag. Serves the purpose perfectly, good material and the sizing snap buttons are also a good feature. With regular bibs drool was still getting through and wetting the clothes underneath. One issue (not a product issue) is that these are not supposed to be put in the dryer...however, when mixed up in the hamper with baby's million tiny clothes and rushing to get things done, one can easily forget and toss these in the dryer with the rest of the load. What we've done is get those mesh laundry bags...we put anything that can't be put in the dryer in the bags...that way after the wash is done, just pull out the bag to air dry and toss the rest of the load into the dryer.

(Carters) so they are great for dinner time too
Exactly what I needed for a teething five month old who loves to pull her bib off. Her shirts only last 10 minutes without a bib. They are larger than the bibs I normally buy, (Carters) so they are great for dinner time too.I would recommend washing them more than once before you use them. I used one after washing it only once and my daughter ended up with a red mark on her neck where it was rubbing. I have never had that problem with any of her other bibs. I washed them all again and now they seem to be fine.
