I was not pleased it arrived with a broken wheel, but that was resolved quickly. The first pedicure I attempted to do was a client {woman} with size 7 feet and they were cramped. Sent it back and it cost me over $158 for shipping, still have not received my refund, Item sent back on the 6th of Jan, and it is now the 19th of Jan Left a message at buy-rite requesting an update on my refund and no answer yet. Not really happy on how this has played out.

It is smaller then what I expected. My clients feet fit but I assumed it would have been twice the size. It came in a large box with a box inside the box. It works for my purpose. If I did a couple pedicures a day I would have purchased one that was larger and more practical.

Very little assembly with this, which i appreciate. However, considering its cost, I wish it had a wider surface to rest the completed foot on.

It's okay. Not the quality I would expect for the price.

Great product, disappointed in how long it took to get to me, and that the wheels still move in the lock position.
