I purchased this chain for my husband for our three year anniversary. He has been looking at this style of sterling silver chains for a while so I wanted to surprise him with it. Plus for it arriving a day early. First impressions where WoW this is really shiny and has good weight to it, HOWEVER when I really looked at the chain you could see something was not right... in about 8inches of the chain around the clasp it looks like all the shiny coating has “chipped off” I attached photos to show what I mean. Is this normal for a brand new sterling silver chain??? I’m really disappointed and now empty handed for my anniversary as it would be embarrassing to give him a gift that is so obviously flawed.

Ordered online because I needed a specific, longer length and was not disappointed. Lightweight, but as expected. Hope it maintains its glitter, and showcases how dull and lifeless my old chains had become. This style is worth your consideration over more traditional box and serpentine chains.

Bought this chain for my teenage grandson. He needed something sturdier but with some "personality." I looked in stores and shopped several places on the internet and this was the best price I could find for a solid silver chain. Very pleased with the purchase.

My son hasn’t taken this necklace off in 6 months. It still looks great and has held up very well.I was worried it was too short at first, but the kids were fine with it so we all love it.

I have a (flat) pendant appx 3/4" in diameter and this was the perfect weight chain for it, rugged but still pretty. I also like the length (24") just big enough it could slip over my head if I liked, hangs about 6" or so down from my neck. The clasp is high quality, I would definitely purchase more chains from this company if I need them.

It’s very cute but much smaller than expected. I found a stainless steel chain after, all different kinds, with a guarantee that it will not turn, great reviews! So I ordered a 26 inch chain with a very nice thickness 8.5 for my daughter at under $10. I would have went with them originally if known.

I've bought 3 of these in different lengths bc I have 3 very special pendants I were all the time but each one had a different chain. I'm even thinking of buying a couple more just to have them on hand. I bought one before but it got caught in my dogs kennel door so it broke when I straightened back up. I love the Figaro. They never tangle or pull on your hair.
