The 1 ft USB Type-C charging cable is literally useless from a length perspective.2. Wall adapter costs extra. A will a longer charging cable.3. They say that they will extend warranty by 6 months, but no instructions or website/card to register.4. LED flash light is mediocre at best. Maybe 200 lumens output. No flash mode or colored flashing lights for indicating an emergency.5. No carrying case provided

I bought this item on July 10, 2019; so it is only 5 months old. First times I used it, worked great & got 2 jump starts out of one charge. Recharged it & next use it worked fine, so I didn't recharge it. Next attempt to use it did not start the vehicle. I recharged it, but the next time it failed to start a 3.6l V6. I recharged it fully again and it failed to start a 2.3 l 4cyl last night. The unit never went more than 2 weeks without recharging.Guess I'll be looking for another brand to buy, although I don't know what. This one had high ratings, but I bet most are from people who have only used it once or twice.

Insurance for your car. While vacationing on the east coast it saved us time. Last day of vacation, packed the car, took our garbage to the large can, came back for the family and tried starting the car and nothing. Pulled the jumper out hooked it up and fired right up. Drove 500 miles with a few stops letting the engine run, made it home, shut the car off. For the heck of it I tried to restart and you guessed it nothing again. Quick jump and drove to auto parts store for new battery. Purchased for each car, this way we will never ask for a jump, who carries cables anyway?

got the charger free by getting amazon credit card,but today when I needed to use it ,it did not work.I had to use regular jumper cables with another car.regret using my free cash on this worthless item

This Jump pack worked great once. Started my 4.0 Cherokee up easily. The next time i went to use the jump pack (with full bars, showing 100%) it started beeping indicating it had insufficient charge. So even though it said it was at 100% I charged it any way. It still didn't work. This Jump pack is junk. It may work the first few times but ultimately will leave you stranded. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Used twice which drained the pack completely. The 1st jump worked, drained the pack. Second time couldn't start the vehicle plus loss of charge.

We already own one of these Battery Boosters, and have needed to use it several times -- others have needed help and luckily we carry this in the truck. I asked hubby if he had one in the car too, and answer was not yet .... he immediately sat down and ordered one for our car too. It starts car immediately, works exactly as expected. Nice that it comes in it's own carry case too. Now we are covered should we have battery problems, or when we can help others along the way too. SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE TO THINK ABOUT, THE FIRST TIME YOU NEED IT YOU WILL BE SO HAPPY YOU HAVE THE BATTERY BOOSTER.

This fully charged Trek-power jumpstarter didn’t even have enough power to turn the dash indicator lights on let alone start a car with a dead battery.Unfortunately I didn’t have an opportunity to test it until the 30 day return period was up. Wasted money!
