I’m half way through my second bottle of these pills i did not see a drastic change for my first 90 days but I stuck with it by the time I made it to my second bottle the weight started to fall off of me at this point I have now lost 18lbs and the weight is continuing to drop. They are very much an appetite suppressant I don’t snack anymore I’m pretty much on 1 meal a day because I’m just not hungry but I know I need to eat something. Of course your going to go to the bathroom with these pills, for me it’s a few times in the morning and I’m done for the day mostly. i love these pills now since im still in school i only take half like every friday after school and i can still eat but i don’t usually eat it conceals my hunger and that helps me lose weight as well when i first took these pills i didnt see anything but laxitives but yeah now i don’t really get hungry and its not a scary thing just the stomach cramps with the pills and some nausea here and there just because im low ok those vitamins but you can always take vitamins

I wasn’t fat to begin with but did have a slight fupa that wanted to get rid of. I’m 5’4 and weighed 137 lbs when I ordered this. I started taking a capsule as soon as I received it 9/30 and today 10/27 I weigh 125 lbs! I tried following the directions as best as I could. I drank a LOT of water and made sure to eat foods that contained potassium.Update: It’s now January 31 and I’m down to 120lbs! I’m not trying to loose any more weight- I think I’m fine at 120 which is what my normal weight was at. I’ve started working out to really define the abs I know are hiding under here somewhere. I’m very pleased with this product! Not letting myself get to 137 lbs ever again.
