I put these lights on the stairway to the basement. We just moved into a new house and the basement is pretty dark. I really like the way the motion detectors work. When I get to the top of the stairs the first light comes on, lighting the first landing. As I go down the stairs the other lights come on making it safe and easy to see the steps. Within a couple minutes or less the lights go off. The adhesive and magnet work like a charm. The lights are stuck onto the paneling by the stairway very tightly. So far these light are a real problem solver. I would tell others who need to light up a dark area to get these lights.

I bought these to see if they would help light my steep and oddly configured stairs to the second floor. Although there is a overhead light, at night it shines into a bedroom and makes leaving it on overnight difficult. These lights are amazing! They work so well that I rarely have to turn on the overhead light. They make the stairs so much safer in the middle of the night too.An added perk is I can monitor the cats movements up and down the stairs by the lights coming on.

I installed these lights on my stairway and they work as described. The only weakness is the battery cover door. The door is very flimsy and after a couple of battery changes, I had to resort to tape to secure them.

This light does what I bought it for, but I just had to replace the batteries less than 4 months after installation. This light gets used once a day, if that. I think that's a little quick for having LEDs. I'll see how long the new batteries last, but they were from the same pack as the first ones. Might have to get some rechargeables.Feb. 2021 update: The lights are still working, but they still go through batteries too quickly. It's odd that the light output doesn't dim to forewarn you the batteries are almost dead. The light just doesn't work one day when it was as bright as could be the day before.

Didn't last any time at all. MAYBE two or three days I put them in my closets. Now they're in the trash.

I've been on the search for stair lights. This set is great and bright.I am so happy with the AMIR. They light up my stairway nicely and I have no fear now of missing a step in the dark. I am so pleased with this set I will be getting another to add a little light to my hallway.

I purchased these to use on my stairs but they are a lot smaller than I thought. I also thought there was supposed to be 6 not 3. Very disappointed
