X-Tetra Cat Scratcher Lounge

My cats love this. They scratch all over it and take turns sleeping in it. Wish I had several more!

This is ok, my cats don't like it nearly as much as the square with the circle.

My cats love to sit on this throne and scratch it a lot, but it shredded too quickly, there are other corrugated products that last longer.

All three of my cats love it and take turns using it, stretching out in the middle, standing up, scratching the sides. I am only disappointed that they don't use the scratching post feature as much as I would like and of course they continue scratching furniture anyway in addition. And the price is excessive for something made of cardboard. But it is a great success otherwise.

Like other cardboard cat scratchers, this will give your fur balls something else to scratch besides your furniture. They actually prefer to scratch this than upholstery so if you have these where ever your cats like to hang out, they will rip these up instead. I have three of them. They also like to sleep and perch on them as well. Set it somewhere high so they can look around or put in front of a window, and it will become your cats favorite spot.Now to the only negative. Like all cardboard scratchers, your cats will shred these leaving little bits of cardboard everywhere. If you are a neat freak you will have to vacuum around them every day. I tend to let it slide so I only vacuum every other day. Still, it is worth it to save my furniture.

My cats like cardboard. There are quite a few cardboard scatchers that don't like my cats though.... they fall apart either in construction too easily or simply cannot take the abuse my two boys dish out. This scratcher has proven to be quite durable. They visit it several times a day (and by 'visit' I mean scratch like a crazy cat for 20 - 30 seconds) and since I've had it since November '12 it's holding up pretty well. I also like that they can snooze on it (well they like that part more than me I guess...) What I do love and the cats could care less about is the cool, modern shape. Yay! It looks good.

My cats love this thing, and it lasts and lasts and lasts!!! They sit in it, scratch it, rub up against it and chew on it. My cats scratch and chew on anything porous, so this thing is a lifesaver. It's big, and really nice looking for what it is! I bought it two months ago and I haven't even rotated it to another side. Yay!!!
