These have a large capacity to hide cables like coaxle.

Panduit has been the go to raceway for me. It is a bit costly at +$1.00/foot but I think it's worth it. It's easy to apply and once applied it is not coming off without ripping paint off the wall. They also come with plenty of connecting pieces (inside 90 degree bend, outside 90 degree bend, T connector, coupler, etc.). It makes a wire run look a lot cleaner when your only option is surface mount.
