My chinchilla recently move to the new house, and I found her poop is a little bit soft, then I purchase this product help her relieve from depression and help her build a strong poop. And my chinchilla loves to eat it too!

If you get a bad product, contact Amazon customer service and they will refund your money and help lodge a complaint against the seller!As an ardent animal rescuer, I know the power of probiotics and I always keep this on hand. But it wasn't until we rescued a bunny with severe digestive issues that I realized it can save a life!She was having regular bouts of stasis since we brought her home, and nearly died from severe stasis. After 2 WEEKS of hand feeding, administering Sub-Q fluids & meds, and using Bene-Bac she finally took a turn for the better. I used the probiotics daily for a few weeks after and then shifted to weekly maintenance dosing.She has not had an episode of stasis since using this product! If she seems to be getting a little iffy, I give her a preventative dose of simethicone (gas reliever) and add in extra Bene-Bac doses for a few days. It works wonders and has kept her healthy and happy for nearly 2 years!While it does not technically require refrigeration, I prefer to keep mine in the fridge just to ensure bacterial viability since this one tube lasts for months with just one rabbit. We use the treats for our dogs and a different powder for all other animals.Also, please head my warning and CAREFULLY choose who you buy this product from! The product cartridge was separated into two parts and placed in a plastic bag. It was open! I will not give my pet something that was tampered with. I have used Benebac for many years with my guinea pigs. I highly recommend it since it keeps their gut flora healthy and helps to curb gassiness and stasis.

This thing can save the life of your bunny. It actually did a few times for mine. A must have!

Had to throw it out, it came opened and leaked in the bag. Hopefully they will send a replacement otherwise I’m just out of luck. I’m sure it’s a great product, will revisit review if replacement is sent.
