Great glue for inserts, points, and pin-nock adapters
Easy to use and has great adhesion. I'm using this to glue in pin-nock adapters and doing away with nock collars. Strengthening the nock end this way helps the pin nock adapter to do it's job of turning arrows away from the fletching end without negatively affecting FOC. It also makes modification easy by putting the arrow end in boiling water for about 60 seconds.

Excellent hot melt for carbon arrows
This is an excellent low temp hot melt glue. Previously I was using another brand of hot melt and while I was removing some points I noticed how hot I needed to get the point before I could remove it - which can damage carbon arrows. The Bohning 1308 melts at a much lower temperature making it a lot easier to install and remove points and there is no difference in holding strength that I have seen so far.Good stuff and the price is very right !!

Great product I use it on all my arrows
I really like the fact it’s really easy to use and works quickly. Have not had a point come out yet using this product

SO much better than the old stuff.
I never had issues with the old style hot melt until recently. But whether it was a change in arrows or heavier inserts, new target designs? I don't know, I just couldn't keep them in. Had to resort to permanent glues. (preeminent of rest ruining the arrows attemtping to get them out and even then weakening them in the process)For the heck of it I tried this stuff, which melts at a lower temp and seems to stay softer than the other stuff, but it's been great. No slipping inserts since switching to it.

Easy to use and holds strong
I used this hot melt for the first time because I wanted to experiment with different arrow weights. It was easy to use with just a lighter to heat the insert and melt the glue. I also easily removed an insert by heating a field point and pulling it out with pliers. Since building a dozen new arrows (Easton Axis 5mm w/brass inserts), I have shot each hundreds of times with no issues. I will continue to use this method over epoxy.

Seems OK
Works well. Heat the insert or point don't apply direct flame to the stick or it will carbonized somewhat.

Easy and Cheap
Using this is easy (just need a candle) (watch a youtube video if you need help) and it was pretty inexpensive. No complaints.Pros:Easy to useHolds arrow tips in very solidCools fastEasy to get off excess and even re-use!Cons:None
