Way underrated product! This thing is AMAZING.
I love this! The mesh is so sturdy and thick, but lots of space to get light and heat. It feels like it's gonna last. I just finished putting mine together- it's snug but was easy to get on there (though with a tiny bit of caution, as even decent zippers like these can rip with too much force y'know). The poles don't feel cheap, though they aren't the most dense. It was easy and comprehensive to put together. The provided manual gives you an image, arrows showing you lengths, and types of connectors (3-way or 4-way), as well as how many of each you should have. All in all it's already ship shape and impressive- better than I imagined.I read inside the provided fold-out pamphlet that the type of mesh they use is designed to be able to work with any type of heat and light needed for reptiles. The mesh is also a lot less likely to have issues with the reptiles rubbing their noses raw or anything, which is a worry I've heard about and I've had myself. It recommends using the SofTrays to allow you to hold substrates and control the heat and humidity. It reduces air current to all but the front and sides if you set it up the way they mention, but still provides a lot of fresh air that just a mesh lid on a glass aquarium would. So you get what you need as well as clean fresh air!It also says that it's designed to be able to be used with any type of conventional heating for reptiles; heat bulbs, ceramics, pads, rocks, tapes, and fluorescent lights. Hope that answers some questions... Of course some work will be needed to use some lamp fixtures properly.Apparently the plastics of the reptarium are dishwasher safe, and the mesh can be washed in the clothes washer. Wow!They even have a couple of frame clips to help you with decorating with vines 'n what not. There's a TON of information about this product that simply doesn't seem to be mentioned...I'd suggest looking into this more. They have a site on http://www.reptarium.com/ to provide you with more info.PROS:Sturdylight weightmesh, clean airtwo zippers, so you can arrange where you open and close the flap for your personal preference and convenienceheat gradient? yeshumidity capable? yeslight? yescleanable? yeseasy to use? yeseasy to assemble? yessizes available? many, amazingstrong? poles are good, mesh feels TOUGH yet smooth and safecomes in vinyl snap-close bagcan collapse and put it away when moving or not using (in the vinyl snap-close bag! woot!)cost? affordable! better than anything else out there! no need to stagger costs - just get the size they need (for life if you can!)CONSvinyl smell (to start, will fade)poles could be stronger but they're good, personal preferenceneeds a way to catch poop or substrate etc (but not really a problem: SofTrays)If you know how to or can learn how to, you CAN set up humidity in this (using SofTrays or something else to close it in) and you CAN create a good, comfortable, proper and healthy environment for your reptiles. Just be aware of your reptiles needs and figure out what you need to do to arrange this great reptarium into their home. All in all, would recommend again, would buy again. Worth the wait! Don't hesitate!

Yuck.
Forget this thing. Its cheap and the supporting rods crack at the joints. Not good at all. Mesh is weak, my iguana wouldve shredded it in no time. Returned weeks ago and STILL WAITING.

Its ok for some uses
Its easy to put together, no problem there, but does rip easy for sugar gliders. I would recommend for geckos, or other animals without nails. Very tall

Apogee 100 Gallon Reptuarium Habitat.
This cage is exactly as described. The seller shipped the same day as purchased, and arrived early even with snow storm in the area. This cage is great for most large reptiles. It is great for lizards such as chameleons or anoles and preferred over glass to prevent injury. I set it up (quite easily I may add) to for my sub-adult female red tail boa, and it suitable for her for the rest of her life. Great cage for heating and ventilation. I recommend mesh cages for reptiles that cannot rip the mesh cage.

She is Very Happy
Based on expectations, this purchase experience met and exceeded. First dragon habitat for us, so this should be fun and she loves it. We have only just begun and many purchases are yet to come - for years. However for decor purposes, many items from around the house, and the trash, have taken on a whole new meaning once they are placed in HER new home. Good job Josh...

Perfect for an outdoor experience for your dragons!
This is where my dragons spend part of their day almost all year round. They love the air flow and real sunshine, If it is hot I put a wet towel over the cage for free air conditioning. It only lasts a few years outside but it is well worth it!
