This scantool is really good for such a low price. Instead of the normal 1 yr of included updates, you get two years with this one. It has bidirectional controls, meaning you can command the car to do things, like turn on motors and actuators, change idle speed, etc. This is really useful for diagnostic testing, and all the pro tools do this. But it's really rare on a tool at this price point. That's a really good value. The tool is easy to use, and user intuitive. Unlike most tools this price, it can talk to multiple modules, not just the PCM. It comes in a nice case to protect it. Pros will appreciate that it supports auto auth and secure gateway for 2018+ FCA, bidirectional controls, auto and scan VIN, maintenance resets and calibrations, ABS bleeding, power balance tests, etc. It's low price means you can get several for shop use so techs don't have to wait in line to use one. And it's easy to use. For non-pros, this tool is going to do way more than you're expecting it to be able to do. Most tools this good cost 4x this much. It's a pro tool at enthusiast level cost. I can recommend it. It's perfect for car enthusiasts who work on their own modern cars.

Where do I start? I love this tool. I've been using it every day for a week. I have been a fan of Launch since 1996. I LOVE the fact this is corded. I have lost those BT dongles for higher-end tools and they can cost more or almost as much as another scan tool. I am a 38 Master ASE Technician and work at a high-end used car lot. Being lead I am on the demo program and I am driving different cars all the time. This proves out the car and finds problems we can repair before they are sold. It is necessary for me to carry a scan tool and with tech changing I have to get through the gateway of Stellantis cars and Nissan and Benz gateways. I live 45 minutes from work and nothing is worse than being in limp in mode and driving that distance. This thing is very rugged, like most Launch tools, it starts to ID the vehicle as soon as you plug it in. It scans very fast and creates your Health Report. I have had it on several makes and models and confirmed it will work with AutoAuth. The battery life is amazing I pushed it over 12 hrs and it will start charging off the car if it is totally dead. It has the ability to add accessories like battery testers. It is the Lite version, I have high end very expensive tools so I did not pay for any of the upgrades in The Mall. But you have that option with a year costing around 40 bucks. But maybe you don't work on Euro and don’t need an expensive high-end tool. If you did see one you have the ability to purchase upgrades for each make. My guess is something like VW or Audi would give you coding ability. Ford would probably give you IMMO capability for older 40-bit keys. GM probably gives you GDS-level functions for you diesel guys. This is a great tool for a beginner or a professional. Great for a decent shop backup scan tool. The fact you can upgrade certain cars rather than coughing up thousands for a tool with features you don’t use or cars you don't see can also be a plus. I honestly do not have a bad thing to say about it. You won't go wrong with the purchase of this tool. Cheap to update compared to some of mine that are 1200 bucks a year. My Launch tools that I purchased 29 years ago still work and I still use them. If that doesn't speak to quality I don't know what does.

This scan tool has been great. From the Auto ID when Plugged into the obd port. System scan after vehicle is Identified. Shows scan report of all codes retrieved. System and sensor data reads quickly and accurately. Have compared this scan tool to much more expensive ones and this scan tool has been able to do everything that the more expensive ones can do. Able to reset Air Suspension System on Nissan vehicles. Many other functions and resets that have not had a chance to use yet! Excellent Value for the money.

I’m using this fabulous scanner daily basis. Especially by dirección control to have an easy diagnosis. Thanks to people offers a better way to be able to purchase with a lower cost

For the price, it seem to be good quality, but not working as well as expected or compared to Bluedrive. Difficult to use and will not calibrate my Lexus is250!

This scanner is very responsive when using the touchscreen. The wifi is fast and updates installed quickly. The list of supported vehicles even up to and including 2025 models is very extensive. The display is bright and easy to read. This size tablet-style scanner is actually really comfortable to work with when troubleshooting and diagnosing codes, etc. Two years of free updates is great, too. The value for the price is very good. I highly recommend this model for car enthusiasts or shop owners.
