I like to use this after a day of working at the table or desk. It helps my neck muscles relax - I use it for about two minutes each way, and I’m good to go. Sometimes if I do it for longer, my nerves feel a little numb. For under $20, I am really happy with this purchase. It’s not a cure all, or a substitute for exercises, physical therapy or medical advice, but it has helped after a day of staring at the screen.Good product, good price, follow the instructions and be consistent.

This product is well made and easy to use. After using it once, the tension in my neck became less intense which made me happy. When I ordered it showed “same day delivery” which is one of the reasons I chose the product but that was not the case. so I was a little disappointed about that.

I’ve struggled with neck and shoulder pain for a long time and have tried so many options like cryotherapy, physical therapy, and acupuncture. While some helped a little, they were expensive and not long-lasting.I’ve been using this product for just four days, both morning and evening for 10 minutes, and I already feel a big difference. My neck pain has significantly reduced, and my range of motion is much better. It’s simple, effective, and affordable — and I’m genuinely happy with the results. Highly recommend!

I purchased this device about two months ago to correct my posture, which was contributing to problems with my shoulder. Initially I found it very helpful. It was comfortable to use and I noticed improvement in my posture. However, about a month ago I stayed on it for a longer period of time, probably around 10-15". Since then I have been experiencing an increasing level of vertigo, to the point where I cannot walk without holding onto something or someone. After contacting a family member who is a chiropractor, I learned that this is due to a shift in the crystals in the ear canal and is correctable by using the "Epley maneuver." Hopefully that is the case. She also said that this device should only be used by someone who is receiving regular chiropractic adjustments.FOLLOW UP: I posted the above review on 9/4/23. The following day I was contacted by the seller apologizing for the difficulty I experienced and offering me a full refund. I was quite impressed by the professionalism of the seller in reaching out to me and offering a refund, which I had not even requested. However, I chose not to accept the offer because my problem occurred as the result of not using the product correctly per the instructions. My husband assisted me in performing the Epley Maneuver (we watched a YouTube video) and my vertigo rapidly improved. Once I resume chiropractic treament, I plan to beginning using this product again according to the recommended guidelines, as I was truly beginning to see benefits.

I'm so glad I finally bought this neck pillow. It works perfectly and provides great support for my neck. I had read a lot of reviews before purchasing, and I can confirm it lives up to the hype. I only regret not getting it sooner!

This neck support fits my neck well. I notice when using this on the floor it helps stretch more than just my neck. It helps loosen my shoulder muscles, as well! The foam is scent free and does not smell toxic, which is a plus for me.

If you sit at a computer all day like myself, this is a great way to stretch your neck. It will be a bit uncomfortable the first few times using it, but you will feel so much better if you stick with it. 10 minutes is all you really need if you use it consistently.
