Too tight for full range adjustment
The bottom adjustment nut does not easily slide from end to end, i had to sand 2 parallel sides to get the roller closer to the wall. but you get what you pay for. the rollers work fine for barn doors and such.

Great for indoors.
For indoors, where they're not getting heavy use, I would assume they would be perfect. However, I would prefer that they also provided hardware that enabled them to be fastened to the floor securely. I will provide that myself.
