Quality plant based protein source in 1/3 cost of same quality whey protein. Amino acid profile is the major thing matters in protein quality for muscle growth, which soy isolate has same as animal protein. Compare this with any whey scoop wise, Its very close. If you are taking enough protein per day its the main thing that matters. Also this is a regular trustified tested brand. Its very digestible for me, as whey feels very heavy and gassy. Mixability is a slight issue but better than previous version protein of same brand. I mix it with hot water. Taste and Texture doesn't matter, its unflavoured so expect that. Its no choco milk shake. If value for money is a thing, this is a good option. Recovery after strength training is good if consumed enough protein from all sources. Its just a supplement so don't base everything on this.

The product on its own would be quite difficult to consume because if the way it taste. It tastes a bit like flour. So, I cut a star for that. I make a chocolate shake with it. 20 g protein powder, 20 g peanut flour from Dr. Aeran, one banana, three dates, one tsp cocoa powder, a tsp basil seed and a pinch of salt. I blend it for two- three minutes with 200 ml milk and leave it in the fridge. Tastes amazing. Around 400-450 cal with 35-38 g protein and 10 g of fiber. Works for me! This is what I have for dinner.

I am disappointed with this soy protein. It produces a huge amount of foam after mixing with water, making it very difficult and unpleasant to drink. Even after waiting for some time, the foam doesn't settle properly. I would not recommend this product if you want a smooth shake.

Nice product. Quality, taste and texture were as expected. Didn't try mixing it in a shaker because I prefer using a blender. The chalkiness which I was anticipating was not there. The other ingredients hid the taste and texture of the raw isolate completely and the resulting shake was smooth and consistent. What surprised me was the fact that it turned out better than my usual whey protein concentrate variant. It also felt more digestible and easier on the stomach in general. There was a small amount of gas though but without any bloating. I think it's from another ingredient and also the bubbles formed during blending. Personally, I find this as a viable replacement for whey. I'll be buying from this brand again.

It's a good quality protein for body building. Much better than whey

IF YOU ARE THE ONE FACING TASTE ISSUE, TAKE IT WITH BANANA SHAKE (TAKE 2 BANANA) BLENDED IN MIXER (BLEND POWDER ALSO SO THAT THERE WILL BE NO LUMPS). [Quality is good,odor is average, it smells a little bad, product is authentic] If you are someone who does not have too much money to buy whey protien, this is best thing as a beginner if taken properly 😇. Taste not good at all. Doesn't mix properly. I will not be buying this product. Their whey protein was so much better. Will go for that next time
