I love the journal, but it doesn't come with the pen, what makes impossible to close the notebook without it.

I hated the book. It is by far the worst construction I have ever seen! The glue (poor quality) was smeared all over the front cover, there was no care taken. From the photos I thought it was a stitched book like I’ve purchased before, it isn’t. They stitched the book with thread and then glued it in. I’m disappointed and annoyed that the seller would ever think the item was value for money..

Lovely looking, feels well made, looks great, fabulous paper and plently of it.Just one thing, the band that goes around the outside, looks like in the pictures that it will keep journal closed but it doesn't. The strap just flaps about. There was a tiny piece of ribbon holding the pen loop and strap but its messy and frayed, the ribbon is pink and white so clearly an after thought. I've managed to tie the leather label to strap and sort of using it to keep closed, sort of works

Very nice and stylish however is expensive for what it actually is ….. a notebook with a soft cover !

Item delivered today and its covered in either water marks or mould. Would be good if it wasn't for this.

Very cheap looking. Definitely not worth £15. Would return it if I had time but the gift is due tomorrow.
