I have used several orthopaedic products having had a permanent spinal injury for more than 20yrs; and I found this really top notch. Well made, indeed the finish was better than shown in the image item description page. Soft to the touch on the top, but grippy on the base; this keeps the cushion fixed thus avoiding the problem of having to reposition every short period or so. The forward edge is exactly where you need it and the slot at the rear is ideal if you suffer from pressure sores. It comes in a great bag which you can store the cushion when not in use; and there is also a handy leaflet outlining helpful exercises for those with coccyx and pelvis.

Excellent cushion, Five stars, because it is exactly what I had hoped for - it has given comfort to my bottom and thighs through the many hours sat at my desk. Only used for about a week and it makes a huge difference. The product definitely feels like quality, the memory foam quality seems very good, the cushion is nice and thick, and the price is low enough to buy a couple for use around the house and in car. I received the seat very quickly and it came in its own durable bag. Overall, I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a nice comfortable cushion to rest your behind on.

Bought this cushion for use on a 9 hour flight , I have not managed to try it out yet , however I have used it in my armchair and it is very comfortable , it gives support where needed and provides relief when sitting for a long time.

I bought this after reading the reviews on amazon. Exactly what I was looking for and a great investment! My hip and pelvis was misaligned and after an injury, my lower back bore a lot of pain. I found sitting on chairs was hard and uncomfortable and put excessive pressure on my hip bone.This completely relieves the pressure, I’m sat at a desk all day but this has helped me immensely. Great product. Definitely recommend for people with back and hip problems.
