no, just only alarm clock, but it's easily to set the alarm, there's turn on/off for loud , and tips to set time on back, really enough loud for people who has trouble waking up and heavy sleepers.

Do The hands glow in the dark?

Yes.... Not really bright, but I can definitely make out the time when I wake up in the night. It's a really lovely, retro clock. And totally silent. Highly recommended 😊
