Got these rainbow curtain fairy string lights for my daughter’s bed - her bed is the bottom of a bunk bed set. They look so cool!! I had issues with the remote control and had this all set up- customer service was amazing - instead of making me take down the lights and return it, they sent me a whole new set and now we are all good!The USB plug-in cord is actually quite long, so you should have plenty of reach in order to get to an outlet. The instructions are quite good as well. The remote works most of the time, but regardless you can control the unit (switching modes of the lights including on and off) through the box with the push-button.I have two suggestions:*You should include zip ties so these can be strung up properly. I used some sticky tac but I think I am going to use some zip ties in order to make them more secure. You can also wind each strand around a horizontal bar and it should hold well too.*Small suggestion - include in the instructions how it is necessary to point the remote control at the battery box (so make sure that is visible to the remote). Whether or not you are using batteries or the USB plug (I am using the USB plug), the remote controls the lights modes but if you do not aim it directly at the box it won’t work.These lights are so pretty and so unique!

I absolutely love these lights! I put them up in my office at work... and receive at least 4 compliments every day! :) they look amazing and definitely a great value for the price! If you’re on the fence about buying... DO IT! You won’t regret it!!

My granddaughter loves it!

I purchased these lights for my 2 daughters. They look awesome and work great. All different blinking set ups and they are bright. I’m having problems with the remote but the company is currently In contact with me about it. Definitely read instructions and follow for set up! lol. I did not read instructions first and ended up with a big tangled mess with one set (just like the instructions said would happen if you didn’t follow them). The second set I followed instructions and it was an easy set up. These would be great for any room or reason.

I had a set of these rainbow lights for myself (different brand, didn't come with a remote). My mom liked them so I bought these for her. I was surprised when this one came with a remote, which I thought was helpful as you have to click the button attached to the cord EIGHT WHOLE TIMES before you get a solid light. And that button doesn't really work. So it's a nice idea that with the controller, you can just click on one button for the solid light. However...the remote doesn't really work, either. So I told her to just leave it on the solid light, and plug/unplug it--no pressing buttons or using the remote, because they just don't work about 80% of the time. Waste of a remote and button control!

Drains batteries like crazy. Lights are beautiful themselves. I got these to use for a craft project I made for my granddaughter and it turned out beautifully. Each string of lights is wrapped separately so it's not too difficult to handle. I would suggest not undoing the strands until you're ready to place them though, saves tangling. Wonderful and would buy again.

SO ANGRY! All the modes on the remote were totally wrong, but whatever, not a huge deal. What is a huge deal is that these lights stopped working after THREE DAYS! They're plugged in, remote is right up to the censor....... This product isn't worth $2 much less $20. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
