It’s powder also you don’t need the Maxigrow you can use the Maxibloom from veg stage to flower stage of your plants life cycle it’s the only one I use and gives me great results. After germinating on day seven feed 1/8 per gallon ph at 6.1 to 6.3 to feed plant then every 7 days add an 1/8 up into you hit day 20 then use a tsp per gallon only until harvest and you should be fine
