Not quite as easy to use as I'd hoped.
I bought this thinking it would be more convenient and easier to use than my previous "trolley" hose, which I had to manhandle up steps to use. It is certainly easier to get up the steps, but I have had some trouble with fitting it to my tap and also fitting the spray gun. At first, both were leaking, but I'm hoping this has now been solved. The fittings are quite hard to make true and there are no instructions or no advice included in the box. The hose is certainly long enough, but there is a propensity for it to tangle and this can be difficult to release. I have tried the old broom handle hint to stop it tangling in store and I'll see how that works. Having said that, it now works and the choice of sprays is useful and the fact that you can stop the water by releasing the "trigger" is a bonus compared with my previous hose!

Lightweight hose (good value)
It is surprisingly lightweight and really easy to install. We don't have an outside tab and most taps around the house are really unusual shape and way too large for connectors. Surprisingly enough I found out that the connector supplied with the hose fits to the shower hose outlet perfectly. The connector itself is rather flimsy so I don't think it will last long but it work pretty good (it does leak a bit but it is not that bad considering normally it is hard to find anything completely leak proof. As for the hose itself it is not bad for minor gardening (I'm just watering plants on the porch) but If you need a sturdy "heavy duty" hose to last then this one is probably not for you.

Difficult to store
As soon as I got unboxed this 100ft coil hose and stretched it out, I knew I wouldn't use it. It doesn't spring back very well and even coiled up it was huge and impossible to store. Gone back to my standard hose. To be honest I wasted my money, as not worth the expense of paying return postage for the refund, so I gave it away.

order longer size
dosnt extend to 100 foot and kinked after one use it gets tangled up unless you coil it around a pole. shame got it to replace burst expending hose. have decided to order a triple core expendine hose and will give this to a charity shop when they reopen. think may be good if you only had small garden. Not for me. Arrived quickly the trigger is good but the tangling has done my head in.

Hose pipe
I'm very happy with it. It arrived a day late but that was ok. The information that it was running late was not relaid to me till the day it arrived. Thought I would have been told earlier to save me sitting around.

Great hose poor connector
Hose and spray good quality... tap connector poor... half the thread of the existing connector I took off my old hose, pressure of water spat the connector and hose from tap. Messaged seller to this effect... no reply. Had to purchase a further connector myself locally to rectify the problem.

Utilise that old yard brush
Like many others, no doubt, we've struggled with those dratted 'flexible, expandable fabric covered' monstrosities offered over the last 10 years or so, only to find they leak at the ends where you fit attachments. This hose seems far more durable - if anything, the coil is too strong - hence the 4 star for ease of use. The main problem ? Storage ! It's like trying to persuade a boa constrictor to lie quietly in a box ! Our solution..... a heavy duty yard brush, about to be replaced for lack of bristles, proved to be an ideal support -just thread the handle through the coil and stand upright in the corner of the shed ! Simples !

Heavier than expected and can tangle.
Hose heavier than expected, thick plastic and gets tangled easily, the coils catching on each other and 'knotting'.The head has several settings which is useful, and easy to select setting. Length selected perfect.
