Finally, a safe rodent solution!
A few miles away from us timber was harvested. This apparently caused a massive relocation of approximately 100 rats to our property. Almost overnight our small farm was inundated with the biggest rats I’ve ever seen. The small ones are the length of my hand, the bigger ones made me understand why rats have been horror fodder. These massive rats even ate metal cans,160 feet of water lines, and attacked living animals for no reason. I got this bucket after the bag, because it seemed to be working. I also got bait stations. I made sure to remove any extra food sources I could. The rats took to this bait like a buffet bar. I did have to put a few loose discs around to tempt them into the bait stations, but it was very quick. Three days later, dead rats were everywhere. I also did not have to worry about the farm cats, or any of our aerial predators passing if they ate one. It’s totally safe and amazingly effective. There’s no smell from the bait, and shockingly little odor from the unalived rodents. It also took out a few mice. I could only find one rat hole, so the bait station did the work. For the bold rats that snuck into my laundry area, I did have to add about 6 kibbles into the bait box, but that was all it took. They ate those and then the bait with gusto. This has cost me close to $400 in damages, but this bait saved the day, and the farm. I plan to never be out of this again. It’s amazing and well worth the investment. I’d give it more than five stars if I could.

Dosent work.
The product did not work at all. They did not take one nibble of the product. I tried the disc and the pellets. . Sent an email to ratx and have not received a response yet.

This works if used properly
I moved into this property about a 2 month ago. Tenants was evicted and I inherited a terrible rat problem. Not mice rats! They left so much garbage. There are 3 nice storage buildings but they were full of garbage. Great rat nests. Inside the buildings and garbage all around. There was rats in my attic and crawl space. Rat poison was put out for weeks before I moved in. I have dogs so I couldn’t use a poison that they could get. I keep everything spotlessly clean no food crumbs left laying around and started cleaning out the buildings. Put bait boxes with this ratx in attic , crawl space, all three buildings and places in the house hidden so the dogs could not get them. . Cut all flowers and bushes away from house. Mopped floors often and bleached everything. Slowly started seeing less rat crap. This stuff does work. I’m still keeping this out . I did also see dead squirrels in the yard. Which I also thought I had squirrels in the attic. So I wasn’t unhappy about the dead squirrels

YIPPEE! Finally! A safe for pets rat poison!
Got rodents? 🐀 I just want to throw this out there. This product is a SAFE for wildlife, rodent poison. It comes in these discs as well as pellets. RatX is okay for pets and wildlife! 🎉 But, rabbits, chipmunks and squirrels, etc. are also rodents. 🥲 However, at our home in the country, we have the occasional wild rabbit, several chipmunks and a bunch of squirrels. In the 3 months we’ve been using RatX placed in bait boxes, we have not come across any dead rabbits, squirrels, or chipmunks! 🎉 Happily, we HAVE seen several dead rats and a mouse.IMPORTANT: ⚠️‼️⚠️ I should add that we used the Protecta rat BOXES that are sold on Amazon. Note: The Protecta boxes require the RatX poison DISCS, not pellets. These, and other bait boxes have small openings so only the smaller rodents can fit in the hole. It is a high priority at our home to protect our pets, and wildlife, including birds of prey. Finally an option for using poison to kill rats and mice that won’t hurt pets (or most wildlife). Sorry, squirrels and chipmunks. 🥲

Questionable, highly fragile
We'll see if rodents like it. I coated discs with peanut butter, per recommendations from some users. The bucket had a lot of fines in it, indicating a lot of discs came broken. The discs feel fryable and very fragile. The discs seem very suspectable to moisture and appear to break down if exposed to water and moisture. I bought these because my liberal state of Vermont banned vitamin D3 bait. D3 bait, seems to me to be a safe bait. My cats won't go near it. I suppose a dog might be dumb enough to chew one, hence the probably reason for the ban. I'll update on rodent attraction to the bait

Controls some, but doesnt kill them all so they continue to breed
I have chickens and 1 rat turned into many very fast this winter. I purchased these because of the barn cats and dogs because they will snack on a mouse or rat when they can get a hold of them. The rats wouldn't eat it. I had to roll the disks in honey and cracked corn or raw egg and cracked corn. Otherwise they SAT UNTOUCHED FOR DAYS while rats would scurry at feeding time. IT WAS DISGUSTING. I expected better performance from this product. I will not use again. My infestation was at least 20 rats of varying ages. Smaller rats may be more prone to traps and bait like this, but the adult rats were very smart and avoided everything I tried: live trap, glue traps, water bucket, plaster of paris and baking soda options you see on you tube. I spent over $300 doing it the natural way and couldn't keep up with the new litters because they breed so fast. I had a ill chicken and one night they even attacked her and ate her. The barn cats wouldn't or couldn't catch the adult big ones.I locked up all the cats for 10 days and feed the adult rats TOM CAT with bromethalin and went out to the barn daily and did rat patrol. kept dogs contained also.. It worked!!! for $16.99. We would bad up the dead rats and very carefully dispose of them to prevent wildlife exposure.
