I'm having trouble to open the pump. How do I release it, so it would pump out the conditioner?

Hold the pump at the top of the bottle so it cannot twist. Then try again to twirl the pump.

I am concerned that the bottle is white and not blue like I originally purchased. Is it the from the same manufacturter?

I’ve always gotten a white bottle on Amazon and at the store.

I had the same problem. I was so frustrated that I could not release the pump. I thought I received a defective bottle. I basically kept doing the same thing I do to release pumps on other products. Finally, one of the attempts worked. I didn't do anything different. I'm sorry that I can't be of more help.
