Since I am a regular donor of blood, I must have a one a day iron tablet, or I do not pass the pre-test given at time of donating. Since taking the one a day iron tablet, I have not missed being able to donate. Nature Sunshine brand I have used for years, and they are a quality manufacturer of health care products.

The iron my doctor prescribed made me itch. I tried cutting the pills in half to spread them out to am and pm, which made me realize they were white with a green coating. I don't do well with food dyes, so I asked if I could switch. He told me he didn't care what brand I took! I should've asked soon, duh me! These don't bother me at all ... no itching, no constipation. And my blood tests are finally coming back normal.

I need to take 3 pills a day.
My doctor said that I need to take 3 pills of Iron everyday. This Iron-Chelated /25MG (180) is excellent because I did not have any problem with my stomach such as constipation. You can take it with a cup of glass of water only! That's so good because I can take at night or in the morning before breakfast or dinner.

I highly recommend this product.
Works perfectly. For the first time ever I have normal levels of Iron in my blood confirmed through blood testing. I won't have to get transfusions now thank goodness. Regular iron makes me so constipated that I have been faced with going to the ER in the past over it. This iron will not give you this side effect or any other for that matter.

Daughter took this and doctor was amazed that her iron level was back to normal with only taking one a day. Just returned from another check up. We told the doctor that this chelated iron is the BEST and for the doctor to look at the ratings when she got home.

No nausea.
Doesn't hurt my stomach at all and I've been taking them for a while now. They help my iron intake a lot as I'm a vegetarian.
