The compressor arrived on time. When it came, I did notice the box was a little torn up and mangled. Advice to the seller is that this could use a little packaging because the cardboard box gets completely crushed in shipping.The good news is that this is an excellent seller. I sent a message to tell them about the packaging and that the knobs had broken apart in shipping. Without any further communication, they sent me two new replacement knobs. Excellent service, thanks!The compressor is sweet. I like the shape of it, and it is easy to wheel around. The last compressor I had was a CH13 gallon that was 15 years old. It was long, awkward, and it was deafening. This compressor is very quiet compared to that one. It runs in the garage at night, and it is not a nuisance to people in or out of the house for sure. I also noticed that it does not leak or bleed off air over time. It holds pressure for long periods with no loss even with a hose with an air nozzle attached. I could not say that about my last compressor,

this is my 2nd compressor of the exact same model. 1 for the garage and 1 for the barn. both times the boxes were in rough shape when delivered. holes, crunched corners , etc. but not a scratch on the units themselves. Both compressors run great and run quiet enough to still have a conversation. thank you.

I've used this compressor lightly about 25 times across almost a year. I've also used many air compressors in my life/career, maybe a dozen. So I think I can offer a review.A number of posts said this can arrive damaged. Mine did too, but mine's only some bent sheet metal, nothing cracked or missing.The reason why there are so many damage reports: is this thing is heavy! The wheels make it easy to move, but only if you're on the same floor, like a garage. This would be perfect for a garage shop! I have a basement shop, and while I was able to get it downstairs step-by-step with the wheels, it's staying in the basement. The thing is heavy so if you're a travelling handyman, you're not gunna be lugging this tank in and out of the truck.Noise-wise, yeah it's quieter than the big piston reciprocating air compressors... but mostly anything is quieter that those monsters with the caged pulley flywheel. This one has dual compressor heads that remind me of a california air style. You'll need hearing protection if you're working right next to the thing.The tank on this is badass. The size is great if you're busting out tools occasionally in your man cave. All-day every-day, where it's gotta be making you money?--nah you're gunna need something else probably. This would be a great boost compressor for a busy multiperson shop though!The two quick-connect socket outlets and big beefy knob up front sealed the deal for me. I put mine on an appropriately-rated timer and now my at-home workshop is air-enabled!

this is very quiet expecially since its useless and off because if i use it one push of trigger for tool and the pressure is gone even when tank is totally full and customer service well there is none loss of money

Received it with no shipping damage. The regulator would creep up in pressure setting by 30-60lbs from its set point till you used it again, then it would go back to setpoint while in use. This did not seem correct. Contacted the company and no hassle they sent me a new regulator and it fixed the issue. Overall, I have enjoyed this compressor and much quieter than my pancake compressor. Pumps up pretty fast for a small compressor. I have no complaints with it currently after three weeks. Always starts up fine and running it on a 15 amp breaker with no issues. So far very happy and I am one to scrutinize my purchases.

I upgraded to this compressor because my HF one was like being beside a freight train. You couldn’t be in the same room of the HF one. This one is a world of difference and quite pleasant to be around and does not leak air.

I ordered this Stealth 12 gallon air compressor from Amazon a few weeks prior to this review. When it arrived the regulator knob was broken, apparently during shipping, and was inoperable. I tried numerous times to contact the manufacturer for a replacement knob to repair the compressor. I really did not want to return the item. Despite all attempts to email, call, or live-chat with a representative, and several messages left; all have been unsuccessful. So I returned it to Amazon for a refund. But I really liked the features and price of this compressor, so I purchased another one from my local Home Depot. That one was a little scuffed up and the air filter canisters were a little bent, but it worked and I decided to keep it. They do not package these well for shipping, so do not be surprised if yours arrives damaged. And if it is damaged do not expect any help from the manufacturer (Amazon was great in the return process, by the way). But, if it does arrive undamaged, you will have a really good, and very quiet, air compressor.
