Q: Does this cable work between 'star micromics tsp 143 lan printer' and 'APG Cash Drawer, LLC: Black 16 x 16 Vasario Series Cash Drawer VB320-BL1616'?

I bought this cable TSP143LAN and APG VB320-BL1616 and the drawer won't appear in POS or pop when cash is received.

Q: i am trying to hook my cash drawer into the square unit has to have one end of a usb does this have that?

This cable will help you to connect the APG cash drawer to the back of a "Star Receipt Printer". It does not connect to the square stand directly. The Receipt printer is the one that connects directly to the Square stand.Thank you.

Q: Cash drawer will open during configuration to POS system, but will not open drawer when ringing an actual sale?

there is no configuration for cash drawerIf does not open ,means you cable is no the correct one.You might call manufacturer , they will provide you right cable model .

Q: can this cash drawer work directly from PC?

Don’t know for sure. We use it with an iPad and the Square app.
