Extremely happy with this product and the vendor who sells this product. Its easy to set up and use - you don't have to be a social media influencer or in to taking selfies with this "selfie ring light" to benefit from this product, particularly during a time when we are all forced to telework and/or connect virtually. I like that this light has three different light filters that range from soft lighting to extremely bright, which makes it the perfect lighting for every occasion ranging from virtual conference calls to virtual happy hours. Also, the stand that comes with the ring light is super easy to set up and has adjustable height options. Additionally, there's an attachable smart phone holder that can be placed in the center of the ring light, which gives you the option of using that feature to hold your smart phone in place. Alternatively, you can just use it as a light while using another device. I decided to update my initial review because although I was very happy with this product when I first received it, for some reason the ring light just stopped working after less than 3 months of using it. Can't explain it. Worked perfectly fine for the first several weeks and then one day the light simply stopped working. May have been a factory defect. I immediately contacted the seller and after a few of days they sent me a replacement ring light - no questions asked and there was no requirement to return the defected ring light. Since I've received the replacement ring light it has been working perfectly. I currently telework and I am in meetings all day long - this light provides the perfect amount of lighting with flattering filtering options, which I can appreciate after being in meetings all day long. I highly recommend this product to anyone who needs "good lighting" particularly while operating in a virtual environment.

As a novice photographer, I wanted a ring light and I didn't want to spend a lot of money on it since I'm fairly new to this. Luckily, I came across this company. I got both a great price and a quality product. The light has 3 different tones, all of which have 10 (I think) levels of brightness. All of the tones and brightness levels are beautiful, crisp and greatly improve photos and videos. The tripod is sturdy and lightweight. I needed a lightweight tripod for the light because my camera tripod and other camera accessories weigh me down enough. The tripod has a built-in level, and I think that is a nice added feature. I had no idea that it was on the tripod until I took it out of the box, so it was a pleasant surprise. The phone clip is very study and holds my phone perfectly. There is another phone clip included just in case your phone doesn't fit in the standard one, and I appreciate the fact that it is included because it's one less thing one has to buy if needed. The cord is a good length. The controls on the cord allow you to turn the light on/off and change the tone/intensity (brightness). I have to say that I do wish that the +/- buttons were next to one another instead of the button to switch the tone being in the middle of them. I'll get used to it, though! It comes with a nice carrying case for both the ring light and the tripod.

Great lighting. This selfie ring has three different light settings a warm, cool and bright! In each one you are able to dim or lighten the light. It was very easy to assemble and I use it with my iPhone 11 Pro Max. I will say the thing that disappoints me is that you are not able to charge the light so it Hass to be plugged in USB to use it also on the remote it is simply to take a picture you are not able to adjust lighting with the remote that comes with it other than those things great light maybe I’ll find another one that will do those functions that this one does not have.I will say the thing that disappoints me is that you are not able to charge the light so it has to be plugged in USB to use it also on the remote control, it is simply to take a picture. you are not able to adjust lighting with the remote that comes with it. If you are OK with this having to be plugged up to use it I do recommend it. Update: 1/22/2020 While I still am enjoying the lighting, for some reason the light will not turn off unless I unplug it. Im guessing its faulty because if I keep playing with It by pressing the on/off button several times, it will eventually turn off but 2-3 minutes later if not sooner it cuts back on! This is a bit frustrating but doesnt affect the lighting performance! I can only hope that the light itself will continue to work. I am actually planning to purchase another one but not again from this company or this brand due to the power issue I am now having.

This selfie ring light tripod has been such a good buy. The light has multiple brightness levels and color settings, so I can adjust it depending on whether I’m filming at night or during the day. It makes a huge difference for photos, videos, and even Zoom calls — everything looks brighter and more professional. The tripod is sturdy but still lightweight, and it adjusts easily for different heights. I love that it comes with a phone holder and remote, which makes recording or snapping photos so much easier.

This kit is AMAZING for the price! I think it's going to be perfect when I travel and shoot. It came with two great travel bags for the gear. One, suede to protect its ample 10 inch light and cord. The other feels like a more rugged material. longer to accommodate the tripod, and it includes a strap that attaches to both ends. Perfect for throwing it over your shoulder on your way out the door. The tripod itself only took a moment to open and a minute or two to attach the light, the phone holder, the phone and then adjust. I like the options the lights give me. Theyre bright and clear, but (aside from the dimmer) I don't really see me having much use for them. But it's nice to have options. The bluetooth controller is a nice touch. One could buy their own at a 99 cent store, but they saved me a trip and gas. Just turn it on, find it in your bluetooth available devices. you're done. No app to fiddle with. The flexible phone holder is great, but it is rather large to place in the middle of the light without bending it in crazy directions. It likes to guest star in some of my projects if I'm not paying attention. And this leads to my only problem. In the product description under "In The Box" there's a picture of all the pieces in the kit. Piece number 5 didn't come with my kit. I think it might be the piece that anchors the phone to the light without having the arm there and in the way. That would've made life a little easier. But honestly? I could care less. this is an amazing kit for an amazing price with an amazing warranty. I'm not mad at it. In fact, I'm in love...

I just received this item in the mail today and first impressions are that this product is great for its price. Build quality is actually better then I expected ot would be especially the tripod. The light works great just as advertised and the tones and brightness adjustments are great. The phone holders extend a lot to hold my Samsung Galaxy a51 in its big rubber case and it has a very strong grip so you don't have to worry about your phone falling off of the tripod. The only problem I have with this product is the Bluetooth Selfie remote. At first I had to change my camera settings to make the volume up button take photos because the remote just adjusted the volume or zoom levels at first but im sure thats working as intended. The main problem I have is that the remote continues to disconnect from my phone like its turning on and off for some reason. I have to hold the remote power button the whole time just to keep it turned on and the second I let go of it the remote turns off. Not sure if it's just a defect or if this is happening with other peoples remotes as well. I was surprised by how cheap the remote feels considering the build quality of the rest of the items in this package. TLDR: Great product and well worth the money if you can have some patience when trying to get the selfie remote connected and working properly.

Due to this global pandemic, like many, I need to work from home, and I've found that the lighting in my home -- though pleasing for normal life -- is definitely not conducive for telecommunication and distance learning. Prior to using this tripod & ring light setup, I was either seemingly in the dark, or washed out from excessive light. Basically, I had a pretty lousy set up. So, I needed to rearrange my home (with the sheer number of meetings and classes I needed to attend/run weekly, logistically, that was really NOT what I wanted to do), OR I needed to purchase a lighting set up. This has been the perfect solution. I can stay in my office, and still have excellent lighting for faculty, department, and team meetings, classes, and conferences. And, now, I look like I actually know what I'm doing. The set up was a snap. My first time set up literally took me less than two minutes straight out of the box (including reading the directions), and it allows me to either use my cell phone (should I want to go mobile), or my laptop, and of course, it'd work with a camera, or camcorder as well, though that's not what I bought it for. I appreciate that it has a handy remote, and the adjustable tripod is great. The whole setup is lightweight, but surprisingly well-made and sturdy, and it works beautifully. Frankly, it's nice to be able to just focus on my work, and not have to feel like I need to hassle with the technology. It sets up in seconds, and I'm good to go. The price is very reasonable as well, which is a plus on a teacher's salary I only wish I bought it earlier. It's worth every penny. Highly recommended.

明るくて動画とるのにもってこいです！ 大きさもちょうど良いサイズなので持ち運びに便利だと思いました^^ 三脚しっかりしていて、いつも特に携帯で撮る時は百均などで売っている小さい三脚やセルカ棒を使っていたので、レベル違いすぎて感動しました！折りたたむと小さいのに全部伸ばすとすごい大きくなるのでめちゃくちゃ便利です！ スマホ以外に一眼レフもつけれるので三脚のみで持っていったりしてみようとおもいます！ 買って良かったです！！

I gotta say, I haven't been this happy with a purchase in a LONG time! It's a well built tripod with minimal assembly needed. The quality is outstanding. Every screw is sturdy. The joint is just the right tightness - I bent it to just above the 90 degree angle, and it retained its position. Light works great. The light has 3 settings (bluish white, white, and yellowish white). The light controlling remote works as it should - powers on/off, + button brightens the light, - button dims it. The most important part - the phone holding attachment. Screws on just fine onto both the light, and the tripod itself. I stuck my phone in the attachment for smartphones, and it didn't fall back out. Perhaps, I should earthquake test it too? Nah, maybe that'll be taking it too far. Lulz. There ARE two things that I haven't tried though. The first is a remote for iOS/Android. I don't know what it does, and I doubt I'll fiddle with it. The second thing is the height adjustment on the legs. I'm using this in a tabletop top-down setup, so doubt I'll mess with that either. Apart from the two things that I haven't tried, everything else is well made, and works as it should. The quality on it is great. Of course, nothing can be perfect, so here's my only con - the phone attachment requires you to screw for the tightness. I was kind of hoping it would be a self-retracting springy attachment. However, definitely not a deal breaker for me. I am certainly happy with this, and look forward to making content with it!

Maybe its me not understanding the instructions but I cannot work out how to get the phone holder in the centre of the ring light - seems to be missing something to do this job. Other than that, it functions well and good for now. Can certainly get equivalent alternatives at lower price
