The product is amazing. I have had oily, pimply skin all my life with cystic acne. I spent lots of time and money at dermatologists. I figured l would try the wand as l had received laser treatment and knew what my skin could take. After the first treatment, many pimples either receded or they healed overnight. My shin texture immediately started changing - pores smaller and dark spots starting to lighten.The only other product or service akin to this has been the laser treatments l received at a respected dermatologist's office. This is a milder version and if used with regularity, the results are amazing. I have used this for two weeks and my skin is flawless. The only recommendations l would make are: a) go online and watch videos on the use of the machine. I watched multiple videos and they were immensely helpful; b) use alcohol to clean the different attachments immediately before and after use. The frequency sterilizes the face so you want to keep all attachments as clean as possible; c) l prefer using the wand on a clean face, then placing my serums afterwards. They seem to absorb better; d) carefully use the small cannula shaped probe designed for zapping pimples. You may wish to use a lower intensity than you do with the larger paddles - you can really feel it; and e) As a proactive measure, l keep the wand and attachments in the original styrofoam packaging to protect the attachments. They are delicate and l don't want to break one accidentally. Will do a follow up 6 months from now. Finally, l was not paid nor did l receive a free product as a courtesy for this review.

Honestly when I first received this machine I was scared to use it! It is pretty loud & lets out a very faint gas like smell! I looked up on YouTube if everything I was experiencing was normal & I was relieved it was! I have only been using this machine for one week! I can say it works very well for acne! I am 49 yrs old & still get bumps on my chin one time per month! I could never really see them, but I could feel them! I used this machine & the very next morning they came to the surface! White heads, lol I know gross! I noticed my eye lids lifted a bit along with my sun spots fading a tad on my face! I haven’t seen any help with my wrinkles yet, but time will tell! My skin is shiny & has a dewy look to it! I would like to add b4 I use this product I use a vitamin rich serum & after I use my retinol cream! I’m pretty happy so far with the results & you can’t beat the price! I seen a machine on Facebook today they wanted $450.00! No thanks!

Make sure to check all the rods. The first box I received had 2 that didn’t work. The company got a new set out to me the next day. Very happy with the customer service.I use this on myself and my child. He’s 13 and apparently doesn’t wash his face when he’s not with me *insert eye roll*. After 3 treatments his acne and inflammation have dramatically decreased (please see photo). Hopefully after a week and daily washing we’ll be rid of all of his acne.A little tip if you place thin cheesecake type of gauze over the areas it makes the rod slide easier.

Acne gone!Update 5.21.20: I really loved this product but it is dangerous!The frequency stopped and I thought it just died but when I turned it on again, it shocked me and the glass broke! I was scared! I contacted the company and no response! Please be careful!!!!!!It's the only thing that has ever worked for me! I have oily and sensitive skin!!A bought it for my mom who is about 60 and she saw amazing results within 4 days..radiant and healthy skin. Amazing!!!!

I've been wanting one of these forever!! I first used a set like this in cosmetology school and fell in love. I'm so happy I came across an at home kit!! I have very large pores and facial redness along with random acne bumps. I've been using this every night for a week and my skin has drastically improved!! I have very little, if any, redness throughout the day and my pores are reducing in size. My acne pop-ups have also completely cleared up!! It's super easy to use too!! At first use, you'll have to have it "warm up" because the electrodes don't fire for the first maybe 3 minutes. After that initial startup then everything works like it should use after use. The price point is so much better than $200+ for a single dermatology appointment to have them use this machine for 5 minutes. I'm so happy with it!!

As much as I am afraid of using this machine because I don't know the science behind it, it's doing some amazing things to my skin. I am using about 2x per week for short durations. The red skin between my eyebrows has calmed down and become less noticeable. My skin quality is improving noticeably and today, someone thought I was 20 years younger than my real age. Maybe just coincidence but I feel more radiant and youthful now.

I was skeptical, but this really does work. After a month of use, pores are reduced and wrinkles diminished. I use a collagen serum before and a moisturizer after and have seen significant improvement in my skin tone and texture to the point that i no longer use foundation. Extremely happy with this purchase.

I love this product!! It arrived in a small box and such a sleek design. Its rechargeable. And seemed to keep a charge for a week. I use on my arms and face. What love most is not having to worry about cutting myself. My arms are covered with raised moles as my face also has several large moles and I typically have to be extremely careful removing the hair. With this product I can easily maneuver this product to glide over them safely while getting the job done!! I also like the removable usb charger. I highly recommend this product!!
