Perfect for ZOLEO GPS
It’s what you’d expect from Pelican. Quality, watertight, durable. I use it to store and protect a ZOLEO GPS. Fits perfect and was able to accommodate a battery pack and Cable. I use pelican micros for anything and everything, but the 1010 was an ideal fit for my needs here. Would recommend.

Baby Pelican 🐣
This thing is super sturdy. Probably could run it over with a car and its contents would be ok. Great for lugging my nice IEM’s to and from work. Just toss it in my backpack and forget about it.I only wish there was some additional padding on the top shell. Might add some foam.

Super solid and just the right size - great for IEMs, headphones, extra tips, etc.
I initially bought a KZ case for my IEMs for church. It was just a bit too small. It took secearl minutes to get the IEMs wrapped up just the right way and maneuvered into the case just so . . . so as to not pinch any of the wires or cram the lid down on my new IEMs. This Pelican 1010 case is just the right size for me to wrap up loosly the IEMs and cable, toss them in and close it. No issues because it's a couple of inches bigger than the KZ case. Don't get me wrong, the KZ case is great and very secure, but if your IEMs are full size (like most of the KZ, Shure, CCA etc. of similar or larger sizes are), then the smallish KZ case may be too small. This one is big enough so that I can loosely wrap up my IEMs after a gig, close it, and toss them in my backpack and be gone. The smaller KZ case required several minutes of wrapping just the right size, and carefully adjusting everything before I closed the case. The Pelican 1010 is big enough - but not too big - that you can just wrap, toss, and go. I also have enough room in the Pelican 1010 to keep a couple of extra collar clips and ear tips without any of it getting in the way. When you gig regularly, for church or elsewhere, you have to have extra tips, collar clips, and cinches just in case (WHEN!) something happens at the gig. This case is just the right size. And it has the carabiner to keep it attached to my backpack for gigs. Super solid and just the right size.I just wish I had known about the size issue before I bought the KZ case first. Maybe you can learn from my issues!Blessings,Barry Joslin

Pelican can’t be beat
The Pelican 1010 Micro Case delivers exactly what you'd expect from Pelican - bombproof protection in a compact package. While small enough to comfortably fit in a pocket or pack, it has the same robust construction as its larger siblings. The rubber O-ring creates a reliable watertight seal. The clear lid is particularly useful for quickly identifying contents without opening the case. The interior dimensions are perfect for small electronics, memory cards, or emergency supplies. The blue base provides good contrast against small items, making them easier to spot. The internal rubber can be easily swapped out if needed, though many users might prefer to run it empty for maximum space. After months of being tossed in bags, dropped on concrete, and exposed to rain, there's barely a scratch on it. The latch remains tight, and the O-ring continues to maintain its seal. It's slightly heavier than cheaper plastic cases, but that's the trade-off for genuine crush resistance. One tip: keep the O-ring clean and occasionally apply a tiny bit of silicone grease to maintain optimal water resistance. This little case might seem expensive for its size, but considering it's basically indestructible and genuinely waterproof (not just "water resistant"), it's worth every penny for protecting valuable small items.

Nice little case
Nice little case. It can hold two decks of cards closed with a little room to spare about 3/4 of an inch. The rubberized liner isn't rigid so you can squeeze something in there and use max volume because it isn't that thick and very flexible. You can also just remove it to maximize volume. The top half of the clamshell isn't equal in size to the bottom, it's just short of 1/8 of an inch from my measurement so it's very close to being equal. The included clip may look cheap, but feels solid enough to attach the case without worry.

More expensive than others, but entirely worth the price.
This case is rugged in both construction and latching function. It feels like it will protect anything inside well and I can confirm it has also kept the contents dry in heavy rain. My one small complaint is that I wish there was more foam or soft material lining the inside. It does have some, but I wouldn't want to put anything particularly delicate inside as there is not enough to hold an item in place. It is more expensive than others, but you get every bit you pay for.

Great General Purpose Case
I originally bought this to use for my pledge kit in a fraternity. Among the items I was tasked to carry was ping pong balls (I fit two and had room for a bunch of other stuff with the rubber taken out). My pledge brothers kept having their ping pong balls crushed or otherwise destroyed, but I was smart and had this to protect my kit. At the end of my pledge semester, I had to carry around an egg. I simply wrapped it in a piece of paper so it wouldn't be destroyed by bouncing around the interior, and it worked. Now I use this as a first aid kit, but it has also served to carry other things that should not be compressed, such as condoms. I cannot attest to its waterproofness, but with the rubber insert, I can't see how it would fail the job. The only downside isn't even in the case itself; the carabiner it comes with isn't of the greatest quality, and I had to do a field repair on it as the latch was misaligned and popped off to the other side. Overall, this is an excellent hardshell case, especially to use as a first aid kit.

Color NOT as pictured here
Item is a Pelican case; however, the “red” color pictured is NOT the solid red case you’ll receive if you order. The case had a clear top, but the bottom half of the case is more of a maroon/purple color. Just an FYI is color is important to you.
