I purchased this to help my husband find relief from his lower back pain. It helped somewhat with the pain relief, and it’s nice to know that if I ever need to use it, we can each wear the brace due to the adjustable fit.It’s functional in that it helped stabilize his back, but the design is not very comfortable. He was able to wear it under his work clothes but he had to take it off after some time, which is why I’m deducting a star. Still a good brace that I recommend!

This back brace is a game changer without all the bells and whistles. Better yet, it's made by a sports medicine company established in 1959, in Wisconsin, USA. I am recovering from a back injury. Despite following all the doctor's recommendations, I felt I needed something to stabilize and protect my back while around the house.This brace fit the bill perfectly! From the moment I out it on, I felt immediate relief. It helps my posture, and stabilizes my back while doing light chores, like washing dushes. I can also sit at the computer without slouching. It is well made of high-quality materials. I am 5'5"and I weigh 185lbs. I chose the larger of the two sizes, and it fit perfectly! You won't find a better product for the price. I am so very happy with the purchase of this brace. It fits great and supports your back quite nicely. I wear it mostly when I am doing alot of working around the home and standing; my back does not get tired or sore because of the support this provides. I am glad I found a good product to wear and actually works in supporting my back.

My return window closed two days ago. I might contact mfg if I can find packaging.At first, this was great. I only used once over clothes.My waist is a 29. It states more than that. I brought with me shopping and tried to put under clothes before I got in store. Ouch. It was then too small and was pocking in my body at several areas.I think the shirt padding gave it an advantage - but under is a no go especially that size. Ouch.Worked pretty good with clothes. Still small but not as painful.

The belt appears to be well built - I like it, but did just get it. The problem is the sizing, I ordered the SM/MD and I could not get the ends within a foot of each other. This size would fit a runway model or a small teenager. Returned for OSFM - which I had assumed was a large. Fits great but it would not fit a large man as others have noted.
