Not really sure about this for me as I am older, decided to try another packet as the first was not over convincing, still not sure if this is worth the money and maybe other products could be better. For some this might be fine but these things do not work for all so just a bit disappointed.

They are quite pricey and the results depend from person to person. Personally I have seen some improvement but unfortunately no miracle cure to my EDS.

l don't think it worked, you get better results by doing yr pc exercises and forcing the blood in, a waste of money
